He responded quickly... came out within days (a part had to be ordered)...was timely...pleasant and got it fixed.

This company was great and very professional. My refrigerator wasn?t cooling and from the time I called to make the appointment to the time it was fixed was less than 6 hours. These guys know what they are doing ? highly recommend.

The technician replaced the water valve and got my dishwasher going again. I have used this provider in the past but I believe he must have sold the business because it wasn't the same gentleman from previous visits. It seems the price for labor has gone up, I didn't find it to be as reasonable as before. ($95 labor rate, it was less than an hour.)

Everything was fine. He had to order part for the fridge, but returned within the week.

I found Anderson Appliance Repair on Angie's List when my dryer stopped working. Steve was polite and prompt. He appeared to have extensive experience with all kinds of appliances. He quickly determined that the problem was the heating element and he had the part on his truck. The builder installed the vent to go up through the wall and exit on the roof. I was concerned it could have collected lint and be a fire hazard, so Steve checked how effective the dryer was working. He determined there was probably some lint build up and recommended I get someone who could climb on the roof to clean it out. I was very pleased with the work and would call on Steve again for any major appliance issue.

We called Anderson Appliance Repair after purchasing a voucher from Angie's List from another provider. The first repair guy that came out was a complete and total sham, and charged us for a repair fee on top of the cost of the voucher and claimed to have recharged the freon, however after two weeks the fridge stopped cooling. We called him a few times and he no showed and then yelled at me over the phone and then refused to come out and check on his work. We knew we had to find someone else to actually do the work we needed, so we called Anderson Appliance. Anderson Appliance came out and we explained what happened. Unlike the other company he did in fact repair the fridge with just adding the freon and it has been working perfectly. Will definitely refer him and use him again if the need arises!

I called Steve and he called me back promptly. He was on time for the appointment. He completed the work on our washing machine on budget. The only thing I wish he would have provided without my prompting was a receipt for his work showing the 90 day parts and labor warranty shown on his website. He was pleasurable and professional.
