I asked politely for a refund or for someone to verify his results because they were different from the City Inspector. He refused.

Sid was not only able to inspect a 2-2 1100sf rental house we own short notice on a Sunday afternoon, he didn t charge an extra fee for a Sunday visit. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough (including inspecting the crawl space). He has been a source of advice and information before, during, and after the inspection. The lab results were back in two days, and his report and recommendations were ready later the next night (Wednesday). My only concern was the price: $650 with five samples, including the baseline outdoor sample. To be fair, Sid did clearly explain the pricing before he did the work (base fee plus $75 per sample; number of samples would depend on the inspection), and we didn t get other bids. It was just a hit, that s all. That said, a good guy and great service.

Sid came out the next morning after our initial contact. He showed up on time and did a thorough asbestos inspection of our small office suite in an hour or less. His price was much better than another bid I had received.

He wrote up the report and emailed it to me the same day when ordinarily, would have taken at least 2 days to write up at my behest. He is quite simply, AWESOME!!!
