They were excellent. I had called a couple of other companies to check out the prices, but I didn’t get a definite number. Action Fence and Repair came out and gave me a definite number and did what they said they were going to do. They had told us what day they would be here, and were here that very day. They had done a good job and the price was fair too.

On time, on budget and great work.

He was inspecting, he found additional shaky places, and set a pole in the gate area, and two sections of wood fence that had blown over in the storm. That was the initial reason I had them out. I never met him but he was very nice on the phone. He left the bill with the neighbors, fixed the fence and left. He called me afterwards to let me know what he did.

On July 10, 2008, we called and explained our fence problem. James came the same day due to his schedule for the next week and our location. He told us if any problems to call him that we should not have to add additional brackets.

Wonderful.

We had a 7'x4' fence panel blow off it's posts during a severe thunderstorm. I called Jim for an estimate and availability. He came by the next day and repaired the panel back onto the existing fence posts (since the posts were not harmed from the storm). He was very nice, fair, and quick to repair the damage. He used new nails along with the existing ones, for more security.

When we needed our fence repaired this past spring, this company was the only one that returned our calls or did not have a several week backup to do the work. They were able to work us in fairly quickly and did a good job completing the work.
