Abel did the job efficiently and quickly. On one unit the line was clogged, the other need a part. The charges were very fair.

Good experience overall. Slight mix up in scheduling on both sides.

Called first thing in the morning, Jordan was able to come out and diagnose the problem very quickly. Quick response, very professional and detailed. I did ask that he speak with my husband over the phone to give my husband the same information and he was happy to do so.

It was excellent. They came exactly when they said they were going to come. They had the part ready to install. The cost was pretty average and what I expected. The service was goof. The employee was courteous and did his job. Overall, I thought they did a good job. They seemed to be honest people.

It was excellent. The price was incredibly reasonably. He was very honest and very fair. This happened on a Labor Day weekend. We got a hold of him on a Sunday and he came right away on Tuesday. I can’t complain at all.

Larry had to reschedule our initial appointment but was good to call and let me know. He was able to use our old refrigerator ice maker to repair the current machine only charged a small amount for the service.

I called the company late friday evening when the problem was discovered. Since I had a backup in the garage we agreed they would come in the morning. Jordon showed up as agreed and quickly found and repaired the problem. Jordon was informative and very professional. Definitely will use them again should the need arise.

Larry is not interested in my business. The first time I called him, he sent his son to do the work. A nice young man who knew nothing about what he was doing. Finally, after hours, Larry came and completed the job. The second time I called Larry, he had another appliance repairman call me to do the job. Larry was too busy - but didn't tell me that. The seond man was to call me at night and get information. Never called. Never left name or phone number. I'll look elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

Called and Larry was here withing two hours. Explained cost options up front depending on the problems he might find. Had it repaird and running within an hour. Excellent service.

Went well. We struggled a little with a mutually workable time, but then he arrived as planned and immediately figured out the problem and how to solve it. Rather than charge me for the two hours it would take, he gave me good instructions in about 15 minutes so I could handle it myself, preventing future service calls and costs.

Based upon reviews on Angie's List, I called Abel Appliance Repair. Larry Garner answered and after a short description of the problem as well as the model number of the unit, said he could fix it. He had a board on hand that he had removed from someone's fridge and he would send it in and if we could limp along for a few days, he would come out and fix it. About a week later, Larry called and said he had the part. We set an appointment for the following day. He arrived when he said he would, and quickly replaced the board. It immediately began to work and he cleaned it up taking time to ensure that it was going to fully work. Larry arrived at our place wearing a spots coat, carrying a small tool box and the new board. I would trust with anything in my house. He is in a service business and he clearly knows how to differentiate himself from the pack.

Excellent service and work. I will definitely have them on our callback list.

It went very well. Mr. Garner quickly determined the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I was impressed by his effiency, knowledge of repairs and professionalism. I have other appliance repairs that need to be made so I will definitely be calling this company again in the near future!

Two days before Memorial Day weekend, they both stopped working all together. I called Able based on the reviews I read. I spoke with Larry who listened to the issue and almost immediately asked, "When was the last time you changed the filter? I explained that our fridge has a an indicator light when the filter needs to be changed. We always change it at that time. Larry suggested I take out the filter and test the water flow. In the meantime, he was going to work on his schedule so he could swing by the same day or the following morning, before he flew out for the holiday weekend. It turns out that was not necessary. He nailed it! A simple filter change solved the problem. I called to thank him for the FREE advice. There are people out there who would have come out and told me I needed a new "Johnson rod" and charged me $200-400 bucks. I consider Larry one of the good guys and will call him again when we need service!

The experience worked out really well. They showed up quickly and on the same day I called. The man was really nice, polite, and he did some additional work. He was quick and completed the work in about twenty minutes.

RWhen walking through the kitchen I stepped into some water near the refrigerator. Upon opening the door I found the frozen food had thawed and the refrigerator was not cooling. I called Abel Appliance and although they had other jobs ahead of me the technician/owmer said he would come right away as he considered this required immediate attention. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit board and replaced it with a new one. I am very happy I called this company as I was expecting to have to wait a day or two to have the repair made and would need to throw away everything in the freezer.

I emailed the service provider Monday evening with details of my Samsung microwave that is currently not working (I provided all details -make, model, etc). As of this morning I had not heard back from them. I called their number and Larry # 1 answered, he said that he did receive my email but was not able to diagnose the problem. He said that he gave my information to Larry # 2 to research and determine the problem. I called Larry # 2 and left a message this morning asking for an update. As of this afternoon I had not heard back from Larry # 2, I called a second time and he answered. When I mentioned my information again he asked what brand of microwave it was, I replied Samsung (information provided previously in email), he then informed me that he does not work on Samsung products! Information to service providers:- Timely responses are appreciated- If you do not service specific brands, inform customers on Angie's List and your website- If you are not able to help a customer, call them back as soon as possible so they are not waiting
