Description of Work: Called twice and left messages to have someone come out and provide estimate based off of good reviews I saw. Never got a call back. It's just rude, at least call to say that you are too busy to take on additional work. F for complete lack of professionalism. I see now why in Pro-tech's ad they even say "we answer our phones" because this guy definitely doesn't.

Admittedly, there are times when we all miss a call here and there. This however, was not one of those times. I personally recall speaking to the potential client and recommending a competitor to her as we do NOT work on pier and beam homes any longer. Her house was located in the Lake Highlands area and was built in the mid 60's. I am hopeful that this response will jog her memory. We value all calls that are made to us. We are disappointed that the potential client chose to write a negative review as it was clearly unwarranted.
