Well done and cleaned up afterwards

They were punctual and professional, and probably very good at easily identifiable issues.

Sewage was backing up into the house due to clogged main drain line. They arrived quickly and took care of the problem. Pricey though. Cost 300$ for 10 minutes of work, but it was after hours. I will use them again.

Thanks to Philip and Gabe from Texas Master Plumber who came out to our home to do a check on our a/c and condensation drain line. We were getting a stale or sewer gas smell coming from the air ducts when the system is only on. They checked our condensation drain line that we discovered behind the second floor bathroom in a closet. They stated it was tied and connected to the bathroom sink that had a "T" connection and all vented to the outside. They recommended us to contact a HVAC company because they suspect it maybe the evaporator coil and blower fan that needs to be cleaned due to debris, dust, mold, and/or other irritants since the system had not been used since last summer. One family member have serious allergies. I, too, am experiencing discomfort from the smell. It only happens when the a/c or furnace is on. We also want to thank Chris, Service Manager for his professional advice, as well. He was pleasant, honest, answer all our questions, and offer solutions. Texas Master Plumber are real professional experts who really listens to the customer and provide a thorough investigation to find the best solutions for your issue. I have used them in the past. I recommend them and will use them, if I have a plumbing issue.

I was very impressed with their work with the first two calls. But when they came out to run a leak test, they estimated that I had $10000.00 worth of damage. I found that hard to believe, so called in another leak detection company who found no leaks. So when I contacted the owner of Texas Master Plumber to let them know that I had different findings than they told me, I could not get a response. I would not use them again.

They were excellent, quick to respond and also quick to fix the problem as well. They had to dig a 6 foot hole to repair the line, but were successful and efficient. They also came out and gave me a free quote and a flat fee rate for the job and were also very honest and forth coming in their dealings with me.

First of all everyone I have ever dealt with at Texas Master Plumber has been extremely respectful and courteous which is nice, however the kind of work received by Texas Master Plumber is highly variable depending on the plumber who is sent out to the home. The gentleman who was first sent out to us, Gerardo, to repair the leaky bathtub faucet did get it to stop leaking temporarily, but after he left you could not use the bathtub without the shower coming on and would in fact need to use the shower head to fill the tub. I was very pregnant at the time the first plumber came out and just didn't have time to deal with calling them back out and was just happy the leak was stopped for the time being. The work done on our water heater by Mike was excellent, he was very up front with us on what was going on with our pipes, told us all the work that would have to be done and he got the job done well - we have had zero issues at this point with the work done by Mike. Besides the annoyance of not being able to use the bathtub faucet independently of the shower head, the leak returned about 6 months after it was "repaired." I called Texas Master Plumber and explained the issue - it seems the man who did not fully repair our issue was no longer with the company (I specifically requested he NOT be sent out). Mike was unavailable and Fernando was sent out. After Fernando's first visit he left with it fixed, but I immediately had to call after his departure because the faucet was still dripping (better than the gushing it had been doing prior to his arrival) and the shower was still not totally independent of the tub faucet. He returned quickly to fix the issue I had just paid for ($138.00). After Fernando looked at our issue again it was believed that Gerardo had used the wrong parts and so we would have to order the correct parts which Fernando said he would make sure to get the correct ones. The day he came to repair with the correct parts he had to run back to the plumbing supply store because they still did not give him the correct parts for our 1950's faucet. Fernando worked hard for us and was very kind and ultimately he did get the shower head to work independently from the tub faucet. He did say he couldn't get a tiny drip to stop and he thought we should replace the whole faucet - I told him we would have to think about it. After some discussion with my husband we decided we would have them repair the whole faucet so we wouldn't have to fix the leaky parts again in another 6 months. I was told by the company that Fernando would come and replace our faucet (at a reduced price as I had already paid $138 for this issue to be fixed and because an employee of theirs had messed up in the beginning - Gerardo). Fernando did not show up, but another technician did and it had not been explained to me that they would need to remove sheet rock to do the repairs and they do not repair the sheet rock they remove. I sent the new plumber away. I am disappointed it was not fully explained to me what would need to be done to fully fix the issue, I am disappointed that the company knows their technician did not do a good job initially and therefore I paid twice to have the same problem "fixed." That being said - they apparently do have a 30 day warranty so if we had called within 30 days to let them know it wasn't functioning properly we would not have had to pay someone to fix it a second time, but I gave birth not long after the first repair and so we were not up to dealing with having a plumber in the house unless absolutely necessary. I do plan to find a plumber who can do the repairs on the plumbing and then can replace the sheetrock. If you find a plumber like that please feel free to let me know because we are in the market for a new plumber or plumbing company.

While there was nothing he could repair at this visit, he was very professional, did a good job of cleaning up all the drywall dust, and they did not even charge us for a trip call. We also have used them in the past for reseating our toilet in the guest bathroom. The work was great, affordable and professional for this experience as well. That is why we called them again. Their magnet stays on our refrigerator.

The tech they sent, Cody, was both personable and competent. He checked the toilet, agreed that the valve needed to be replaced and then did so. He had a cloth for his tools and cleaned up afterwards. I have had Texas Master Plumber out twice now, and after this second good experience, I will use them from now on for any plumbing issues.

They did a great job. I am very pleased with the work.

I can't be more wordy than is necssary

Great company to work with. They were on time, professional, and very responsive. I will definitely use them again!

On Labor Day, 3 hours before I was expecting guests to arrive, the main sewer from my house stopped up completely. I searched Angie's List for plumbers who claimed to provide emergency and 24-hour service. I called several, all of whom said they couldn't work that day. Then I called Texas Master Plumber. They arrived within the hour and had my sewer cleared and working again within 2 hours. They found and removed some tree roots, but recommended that I have the sewer scoped to determine how extensive the problem was. I scheduled the diagnosis for 10 am the following Friday. They called a few minutes before 10 am to let me know they were on their way, and arrived almost right at 10 am. They scoped the sewer and determined that there were at least 10 places where tree roots had penetrated the sewer line. This sewer line was the original, installed when the house was built in 1952, so it's surprising that it lasted as long as it did, especially considering that it runs directly beneath a 60 year old live oak tree. Texas Master Plumber scheduled the repair for the following Friday. The team arrived at 6:30 am so hopefully they could finish that day. Unfortunately, thunder storms in the afternoon cut short their work day, but they returned on Saturday and completed the replacement by 11 am. We were only unable to use the sewer for about 1-1/2 hours. They cleaned up the yard after they were finished. They had to remove some of my patio pavers to reach the sewer, and they were unable to reinstall them, but otherwise the patio and yard were cleaner than when they started! Texas Master Plumber provided exemplary service, and I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to everyone I know.

The serviceman was kind and showed up on time. He installed the part just fine and the shower began functioning correctly. After he installed the new part, he was going to leave it to me to put the rest of the pieces together (since I had begun the dissembling of the handle system). The only negative experience was the price. The serviceman was literally at my home for 20 minutes and the bill was $190. To make matters worse, I was the one who bought the replacement part before he arrived, so that $190 was labor only. If their rate was cheaper I would certainly use them again, but I will absolutely call someone else for my next plumbing need.

My kitchen faucet was leaking pretty bad. I called several companies and this was the only one that told me they'd fit me in the schedule on the same day. They had another job before me. They said they hoped to come in close to noon. In the end, they came in at 2pm, not bad given that I only contacted them in the morning. Mike was professional and fixed the faucet in 30mins.

Professional. Would use again and recommend to others who have plumbing issues. They called when staff were en route.

Prompt, knowledgeable service at reasonable rate.

Plumbers came assessed situation and knew exactly how to correct problem. They went up on roof and went through the vent in order to unclogged the line. Did a good job. Would hire again

Fixed the dishwasher drain at no charge.

Texas Master Plumber rocks! I called them initially about another problem and they gave me free advice. Then, I had them come over to a house in Pearland I was trying to get ready for a real estate listing. The young man they sent over, Heath, was on time and very professional. He did a great job, and even did a few handyman repairs for free because I was stressed over trying to get the house ready for the realtors. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I'll be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs. You get what you pay for folks!

Called them today to quote a shower pan and they quoted $1800 for a $400 -$500 job and I declined. These guys know their stuff, they are good plumbers but a little too proud of their work and in that regard I will not use them again as there are other vendors who can do good work for less. But I do not want to take away their knowledge or their capabilities.

The technician arrived on site on time. He then removed the existing toilet and removed the new toilet from the cartons. It seemed like just a few minutes had gone by when he called me to come evaluate his work and the performance of the new toilet. The technician was very nice and did great work. I will use Texas Master Plumbers again when needed.

I called out Texas Master Plumber because we've used them before, and always were happy with their services. This time, they came out the same day to figure out why our upstairs shower was leaking into our downstairs family room. When the plumber arrived, he cut a hole in the ceiling (which I fully expected) to take a look at the pipes underneath the shower. After running water for a few moments and saw the leak, he said that he thought it was the shower pan that was leaking, and not the drain (even though the water was leaking from the drain) or the pipe. He said that to replace the pan and tile work it would most likely be over 4,000, since we'd essentially need to replace the entire shower. I was shocked and overwhelmed! When I asked how we go about doing that, he said that there wasn't much they could do, and we would need to contact other providers, like someone to do tile. I asked if I can get an estimate as to how much it would be if they assist us in removing the pan and replacing the pan. The plumber left, saying he would call back with an estimate, but we have't heard back from him or the company since. When he left, I felt confused, because I realized that he never actually tested the pan, he just looked up at the ceiling to see where the water was coming from. To me, it really looked like the water was coming from the drain. So I called out another plumbing company to get a second opinion, and the second company did tell me that the drain was leaking where the drain connected to the pan. After this company took off the drain, he showed me the worn out parts, and put in a new drain. Since the second company came out, the leak has been solved and we can now use our shower again. If I had listened to the plumber from Texas Master Plumber, I would have spent thousands of more dollars ripping out a shower that didn't need to be ripped out in the first place. I'm very disappointed in Texas Master Plumber, and I might use them again, assuming that I only had a problem with that one plumber. I had good experiences with the company in the past, but this past experience was a pretty big mistake on their part , in my opinion. They lost my business on this job, and I'll definitely think twice before calling them out again.
