The plumber came out for free and gave me an estimate of the cost. I was given a time period for arrival and the plumber called me a 1/2 hour before he arrived. The plumber came back 2 days later to do the work. He was schedule the day of a major rain storm and still showed up. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He was not rushed and explained everything to me. He even dealt with my condo association and their plumber to get the water turned off.

He was clean and friendly. He accomplished the task in minutes and then taught me how to fix it the next time it happens.

Cody was very professional. Explained to me every step of the way what he was doing and what he planned to do next. He gave me an estimate before starting work. The cost seemed reasonable--especially for a Saturday afternoon. He honored the Angie's List coupon (of course). I forgot to ask how long the work was warranted for.

very well. Alton was punctual, polite and professional. The work was done in the amount of time that Steve (estimator) said. I thought perhaps he was being optimistic but he was absolutely correct. The price was at estimate minus the Angie's List coupon, which was the lower than the next lowest by over $100 and 1/3 of the highest estimate, all by other Angie's List A rated plumbers.

Plumber was very courteous and timely. Fixed the problem quickly and even showed us how to fix it if our daughter decides she wants to put more bead foam down the sink. Smh. Excellent service. Called Monday morning they came Monday morning. Excellent communication throughout and an emailed invoice.

From great customer center efficiency to the finishing touches of the new installation, it was professional all the way. I felt that my concerns were answered and my every need was met. They went out of their way to ensure the job was done correctly and called afterwards to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service. They were prompt, had a good product and experienced, licensed plumbers (Brent was there first and a second plumber came and helped him with job.) The price was very good. Texas Master Plumber is my new go to plumbing service.

I joined Angie’s list just so I could write this review. I had Texas Master Plumber come to replace a broken disposal and kitchen faucet because seeing it was on Angie’s List Super Service Award for 5 consecutives years from their web site. I, also, saw on their web site the following section: “Looking to invest in a brand new garbage disposal? Take advantage of our $299 special, which includes a 1/2 horsepower system plus installation - all for less than $300!”. When the Plumber arrived he quoted me 324.00 for 1/3 horsepower and I showed him the web site for ½ for 299.00 and he said ok the ½ power is more powerful and that’s a better deal. He told me that my faucet which was for 2 or 4 hole could not be installed without taking out the backup spout from my dishwasher so I said ok. He dropped the old garbage disposal on my floor damaging my laminate and I was very understanding because it was an accident. After he left, I saw the instructions for the faucet that it could be installed 5 ways including the same way as my existing set up that didn’t require removing the dishwasher back up. I also noticed that he installed 1/3 horsepower disposal and chipped my sink. A company come and fixed the floor the next day in two hours and I was lucky because I had left over material that they were able to use. I called Texas Master Plumber about the other three items and they said they would send the Plumber back. The Plumber arrived the next day and when I told him about the 1/3 horsepower he said the 299 deal was for 1/3 or ½ based on whatever he had in his truck and I said that is not what the web site said and I don’t think it should be the same price. When I told him about the sink, he claimed not to see the damage and I asked him to run his hand over the area to feel the chip. He then became agitated and said how it would require changing the whole counter top to fix. He had seemed upset in the first visit about my floor because he said he would have to pay for it and his wife was in the ICU until I showed him that I had extra pieces and that it would not be a big deal. He said that he wasn’t the person to talk to and didn’t know why he had been sent. He stated, I don’t care if you pay or not and stormed out of my house. I was in shock and called the company to say what had happened. I was called back and told that the Plumber claims he did not damage the sink and that he had been told a different story. It was clear that he did not believe my side of the story. Then he said the website deal is ½ or 1/3 based on what is already in your house. I said that they might want to update their website to be more clear and he replied that I was the only one who had ever had a problem with it. They sent another Plumber who was very professional and courteous. He offered to change the garbage disposal for the 1/2 power and I declined because I just wanted this ordeal to be over. I was given the bill, which was the same amount I would have paid if everything had gone smoothly and I had not had 4 problems that required time on 3 additional visits. In the end I agreed to a lower amount and paid 394.00 for the 1/3 garbage disposal and faucet installed and I was left with a damaged sink that was never taken responsibility for. At least the floor was repaired nicely and you cannot tell it was ever damaged. If the first Plumber (and i understand that his wife is in ICU and he may be having a hard time which has my sympathy) had simply told me that he made a mistake on the faucet and that I was getting a 1/3 horsepower or that he chipped my 16 year old stained sink or if the Company had not treated my like I was lying, I might not have needed to write this review. I wish the second Plumber had been the one that came to my house the first time, but based on how Texas Master Plumber handled everything I would have a hard time trusting this company again in my house.

Cody came over and fixed the problem very quickly and was very professional and nice. We were worried that because we had an old house it could have been a worse problem, but Cody explained the entire situation very clearly so we understood. The whole process from us calling late on a Friday night to Texas Master Plumber coming out the next day on a Saturday morning to fix the problem was great. They even gave us an Angie's list discount! :) Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The plumbing was completed in a few hours. I left the plumber to do the job while I went out to do an errand. When I returned, he had completed the job. The plumbing was neatly installed and has been functioning perfectly.

This is my 3rd time to use them. They show up promptly, do good work, and honor the Angie's List discount.

Everything was perfect and easy. Office was helpful with what to purchase. Technician was professional and personable. Work was done with no surprises and kitchen was left in perfect order.

I am exceptionally pleased with this provider. For years, I used the same plumber and was absolutely crushed when he decided to leave the trade to pursue other job opportunities. To this point, I had not needed to call anyone for other than very minor outside jobs. I had scheduled a time with another Angie's List provider before calling Texas Master Plumber, but that provider did not arrive as scheduled. No problem with that here. I received a call from the company to advise me that a plumber was on the way the morning the appointment was scheduled, and Alton promptly arrived at 10:00, or a few minutes before. This alone, wins big points with me. Nothing is a bigger waste of my time than waiting for a service or trades person who does not think anyone's time but his own is important. Alton was very professional and knew his business. I was absolutely shocked when he did not charge me for the visit. I know that it turned out not to be a plumbing issue, but he still had to take time away from other jobs, and I fully expected to pay a trip charge or some other service charge. I really appreciate it when a company does business in this fashion. I will certainly call Texas Master Plumber in the future when I have plumbing issues and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors. This makes losing my long-time plumber a little easier to take--although my cat still misses his visits.

Come to check on a 2nd floor bath tub leak. It turns out the tile caulking is leaking water, nothing wrong with the plumbing. They did not charge me. Really appreciate their efforts.

First of all, they were only plumber we called that would come out the same day. Our parents have used them twice, and were happy with the quality of work. In addition, they charged 1/3 of John Moore. We have used a lot of plumbers, as we have old pipes in our house. These guys are our new go to! Knowledgeable, fast, competitive pricing and trustworthy.

They did a fantastic job. Very thorough and profesional. Father and son team worked very well together. They were very nice and answered all of my questions. Fixed water pressure in both sinks. I also liked that they had Saturday hours. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely call them again!

Josh was punctual and extremely professional in his work. He kept me informed on the progress, as he had to leave briefly in order to obtain the proper parts. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of time and effort it took to complete the job. Josh cleaned up after himself and you could not even tell anyone had been here. I am VERY PLEASED with the quality of service and most definitely WOULD use them again and recommend them to others.

I thought they charged me way too much for what they did. The bad part is, about three days later, the toilet started leaking. It was on a weekend so I could not get anybody back here until Monday. It was leaking a lot. They did come back and fix it and did not charge me. Prior to that leaking I probably would have said they did a great job -- they just charged a lot -- but I was very disappointed. It was just that he had not tightened a screw enough. He was here maybe 30 minutes, if that long, so I thought that was high. I don't think he completed the job properly. It was late when he got here, after 6:00, and he was very professional and very nice, but he just was in too big a hurry. When the guy got back after they knew it was leaking it was late again too. There was a wait period there. They don't really give you an exact time when they are coming; sometimes they say "after lunch." Their professionalism was very good.

Had them out to fix one leak at water heater and all went well, so called them back when I had another leak in different location. While here, got them to provide estimate on replacing some piping in walls. Also had another plumber give me an estimate. Texas Master Plumbers gave me a lower estimate so I accepted. They did all the work but did not clean up after themselves, did not put anything down to protect the carpet, and piping stub-outs are a mess. Also had two leaks they had to come back and fix. Took much longer than estimated, two days, and many trips for parts. Would not use again.

My toilet water supply valve was leaking and I have used these people in the past. Their price was very reasonable then, in fact I think it cost about the same to dig up and fix a leaking water main. I agreed to the price this time which was my fault. I didn't realize it would take him all of 4 minutes. He (Doug) knew it, which is why I am posting such a low score. It is unethical. I asked him to change the guts on the toilet too for the price and he just sort of laughed. Said he would have to find out the price of that. I can't believe I recommended these people to my retired parents based on my first experience. I was in a bind and needed to get my water turned back on having a newborn baby and all. This guy must have known that. I would not even bother calling them again. I told him I had an Angie's list coupon and he told me to go print it. The last time they just deducted it from the price. He was nice enough to show me how easy what he did was for future reference.

the office called me 15 minutes before they showed up, I alerted my husband they were on the way, since he was the one taking care of this project. Chris was professional, made sure everything was working properly, and answered every concern my husband had. When I first called the shop I spoke with Ronny and he was so helpful. He found the faucet from the dealer and he ordered it and they brought it to the house. That save me so much frustration because I did not know what would work and what would not. Ronny and Chris were very helpful and I would recommend them to family and friends.

My appointment was scheduled on 08/25/2015. The plumber never showed up and never called. I had taken off from work for this appointment. When I called their office, I was told he had a previous job and would have to reschedule my job. I rescheduled for 08/28 between 8-10 AM. I was told I was the first appointment on the 28th. The plumber showed up just before 10AM. The original estimate was $500.00. The original estimate included 4-5 hours of labor including removing stone tiles and replacing the tiles with matching grout. The actual job was completed in less than 90 minutes and did not involve the removal of any tile, but i was still charged the full $500. Essentially a $500 commode reset. I called the office 3 times between 08/28 and 09/04 to speak with a service manager. Each time I was told he would resolve this and call me back. As of today 09/04/15 at 5:51 PM, I have not received one return call from this company. This is a rip-off.

Contact with office was very professional. The plumber arrived without a call out to let me know he was on his way in the last 10 minutes of the service window. He came to the door on his phone and continued his conversation he was having on the phone while talking to me. He did not have the supplies he needed to complete the job and had to run out to the store. He was gone for at least two hours and I thought he was not coming back... rough start! However, his work was very well done and he was very nice in when working on the house. Even though was annoyed with how the process started the overall attitude of the plumber and his work while he was here working on the house made me enjoy the service. They could work on a few key items especially with how to meet their new customers they provided great work.
