Texas Master Plumber

Bizarre to say the least. Plumber not helpful. Wants ME to find the issue. Um, why did I call you. Say they are paperless and I will get a receipt via email. I email a few days later to get a copy via email, and they say I have to call? Really call to get a paperless receipt, ironic, no?????

Well; the job was done expeditiously and well. And all on a Saturday. I will call them again.

A was outstanding. Texas Master Plumber’s were quick to arrive and gave two quotes, one for repair and one for replacement. He was quick and went out of his way to make sure the experience wasn’t any worse than it already was. I will definitely use them again if needed.

They did a wonderful job. They installed a sink faucet in our sink. The gentlemen was really nice.

The tech/plumber arrived on time. Performed the work in a professional and timely manner. He was very informative and answered all my questions/concerns. All the repairs/replacements were performed to my satisfaction! Excellent work. Thanks for being available on a Saturday and for driving 30+ miles to repair my broken water pipes.

The plumber came on time and did a great job. They estimated $190-$245, and in the end it was $220. I was satisfied with the price and they did a good job. Would use them again.

The person came during the range of time they said. He changed our water heater without incident. He was professional and explained well.

They removed the old water heater and put in a new one. Then they cleaned up their mess. They were great.

Richard came out, and appreciated it the heads up call before he showed up. He quickly check the status of my tank, confirm that it needed to be replaced and was able to have a new one installed by the next morning - he offered to take care of it the same day but I had prior commitments. Next morning he came with help to be able to install the new tank, they were quick and always very courteous. I would definitely called Texas Master Plumber back if the need arises.

it was ok, after the first leak, it loosened the joint and it started leaking. So that had to be fixed!!!! Now the water is not going to my sink. Haven't fixed that!

We noticed the leaking pipe on a Saturday afternoon and he quickly responded that day. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

They were on point, early, and very professional.

Appointment made at convenience of my schedule, punctually arrived for scheduled services, with on-the-way courtesy call. Plumber was very polite and thoughtfully explained some home practices to help delay or prevent recurrence of problems. The "B" on quality and professionalism was only because the sink stopper, lift-rod, & pivot rod mechanism was not re-installed after removal of the clog & no mention was made of the omission by the plumber. The pieces remained under the sink where I discovered them when I was putting items back in the cabinet.

Absolutely professional. Arrived on time. I have finally found a great plumber. Highly recommended!

Water Heater was installed in attic. Eleven years, 40 gallons old water heater was drained and removed. New 40 gallons water heater was installed.

Quickly and well done. He had the part with him.

He came and checked it out. Turned out that a friend added a device for dog washing. It allowed cold water to mix if not turned off properly. He showed us what to do and diagnosed another problem with a short valve. No charge and we are definitely getting to correct that shower valve.
