Description of Work: Came to give a quote on a bathroom repair. The quote was double that of two other contractors. We need to list contractors that have a competitive price too..

Description of Work: It was a very simple repair and it took about 5 minutes and he did not charge me.

Description of Work: They were prompt in coming to the house for an estimate. They came back the following day and did the work. They extended pipe from outside faucet to sunroom for ice maker.

Description of Work: They showed up, took some parts to purchase find new ones. Waited a week, no call back so I called them. They said the only thing the could do is sell us a $294 new drain for one of my tubs. I said that would not do and asked when I would get my tub parts back. They said they would call back. No call, Sunday morning at 8:15 am, drinking coffee, see this van pull up in front of my driveway, I got up to see what was going on, saw my tub parts sitting on my front door step. They didn't ring the bell or knock. The best thing that happened is they did not send a bill. I ended up going to Ace hardware and finding the drain plugs to replace the ones I have. I contacted another VERY well know plumbing co in Houston and got the same results. It appears they are trying to sell new parts, not fix what you have. Byer be ware when using a plumber in Houston, VERY disappointing experience. By the way I went to a plumbing supply place to see if I could find the parts, no help. Go to ACE Hardware before you call anyone if you are handy. The parts to fix my drains at ACE cost me $25.

Description of Work: They were sent to me by my home warranty company, First American. There had been another company assigned originally. They did not want to go under the house. Tx master had no problem. They have been here more than once and are the most efficient of the many I have dealt with.

Description of Work: This company could have easily charged me for a part that he told me to go and purchase at my local Home Depot store. How often do you find someone like this. They would not accept a check for a routine service call and suggested that I purchase the part myself and install it. I did exactly what he instructed and I have not had a problem since with my faucet. May God Bless them !

Description of Work: They were very nice and professional. It was a small job, and done quickly.

Description of Work: The main waste water pipe for the house was plugged up, causing sewage to back up into the house. They sent one guy on a Saturday with a clean-out snake to open the pipe, but the snake was too short. I had to waite until Monday for the regular crew to come, and their camera showed that the pipe was broken and plugged at the 45 degree bend where the pipe connects to the main sewer pipe. They said the the entire pipe from my house to the main sewer had to be replaced, and I said OK. I should have put down some tarps beside the trench that they dug to replace the pipe, because it took a long time and a lot of work to clean up the mess after they were done and gone. They did a good job, but we all need to remember that plumbers are not real big on cleaning up there messes.
