After dealing with two other technicians from a different company, Texas Master Plumbing sent a technician out to my house. They were able to determine that this problem required a simple fix. He removed a cap on the disposal, and was on his way. The technician was very friendly overall, and did not charge me for this visit.

My entire experience with Texas Master Plumber was exceptional - from my initial phone call (which was pleasantly answered) to the actual visit. I would recommend them absolutely! So gracious - after all, when was the last time a service was performed exactly at the scheduled time, with an excellent outcome, by a person who acted professionally - at no charge! Granted, it was a simple fix to a simple problem that was not recognized by me, but a dishonest practitioner could have easily made it into a major problem and I wouldn't have been any wiser. Finding an honest professional is something that I truly appreciate and I will certainly use them for any plumbing issues in the future!

Texas Master Plumber was referred to me by my warranty company after a previously poor experience with a prior company. I received a courtesy call to let me know that the plumber was being dispatched to my home. Shortly thereafter Justin arrived. Within an hour my plumbing issue was resolved and the work was described to me after completion. I would highly recommend Texas Master Plumber, and would use them even for non-warranty work. We've had a plumbing issue since early November. The first plumber our home warranty company sent didn't perform the work, didn't check to see if what they had done corrected the problem, and charged us almost $300 for doing virtually nothing to alleviate our problem. We insisted on a different company from our warranty company, and they sent us Armando & Heath from Texas Master Plumber. WOW! The difference was apparently IMMEDIATELY. The guys came out on Wednesday and determined that we needed to have a camera review our pipes for several reasons: 1. They couldn't figure out the problem, even after snaking the drain; 2. We couldn't find an external clean-out; 3. We needed to find out which way our pipes run under the house. Since they didn't have the camera with them, they scheduled another appointment for Friday morning. First of all, they were late. VERY late. And we didn't mind; because they CALLED US to let us know that they were running behind!! (Something the first company never did!). When they arrived, one of them pulled our commode and started working on the line; the other used a sounding device. And, glory of glories, he found we DO have an external cleanout (which saves us close to $1000 to install one!!). In the end, they spent about half an hour running water and flushing the two toilets repeatedly, to make certain the problem was fixed (the other company didn't). They also completely cleaned up their mess! One more thing - they were running behind, and yet we never felt that they were rushing through our issue to get to the next job. they were careful, thorough, and friendly. They made us feel that our job was the most important one in the world, and they handled us accordingly. Absolutely AMAZING service!! Kudos to Heath & Armando!! We would definitely do business with them again!

ok...I do think that you need a little knowledge of what can be done...it helps to understand what not to do as well as what to do..

Mike arrived in the time frame and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. He did not charge me for the work even though I offered to pay him something for his time. He was fun to talk to and I will use Texas Master Plumber again, not because I was not charge for this service call but I believe I will always get a fair price when I use them again.

I called to get a preliminary telephone estimate and was told that they would need to come out before giving a quote. They had someone out same day to do an estimate for installing bathroom and kitchen sinks and faucets, garbage disposal installation and a few other items. Once they arrived they were polite, courteous and professional. While doing the inspection to provide a quote for me, the plumber noticed that the new valve that we put on ourself the day before in the kitchen was leaking again. Wow, he stopped and fixed it in a few minutes and said it was just installed incorrectly. He did it as a professional courtesy, no charge, no obligation! He then called in to his office and reviewed the list of items needed to be done and provided me with a quote. Unfortunately, I wanted the work done before they were able to schedule it so I hired a company that could get the most important part of the work done the next day. They were very thoughtful and helpful and went above the call of duty to stop the drip in my kitchen supply line valve while there doing an estimate!. He was happy to help out! I will hire them in the future.

He arrived on time, assessed the tasks. Told me what he would need to do and the cost of doing so. . He was prompt, professional, and very neat .He did an excellent job Healso provided advice on a faucet in the bathroom and advised buying and installing a new one since the problem could not be repaired due to the age of the faucet and unavailability of parts required. I would definitely use Master Plumbers again.

Another plumbing company came out in the morning and after a horrible experience and no work being completed, I placed another call to the Warranty Company to have someone else come fix the leaks. Within a few minutes someone from Texas Master Plumber called and said that they would be able to come that afternoon. The plumber arrived as scheduled and listened to what needed to be done. He did the repairs quickly and was very professional. What a different experience! From the first phone call until the job was complete, Texas Master Plumber was excellent!

Texas Master Plumber provided a free estimate, which came out the cheapest of three estimates I had received from other companies (even companies provided Angie's List member discounts!), plus they were able to provide same-day service. The technician was prompt, courteous, clean, and polite. We had a newly installed sink and a new dishwasher and new-in-the-box faucet and garbage disposal that needed to be installed. The technician installed everything and established new plumbing connections, ensuring that the faucet, sink, disposal, and dishwasher all worked in harmony. The technician also repaired a leaky supply line on my refrigerator's ice maker and repaired a leaky handle on the toilet in our guest bathroom. Above-and-beyond service at a great price! I would use Texas Master Plumber again in a heartbeat. Ask for Gerardo!

Very professional and fair! I was very impressed with the professionalism of Chris the owner as well as Alton the technician. They let me know if they could not clear the stoppage they would not charge me. We will be using them again in the future.

They came out on time, and told me exactly what hoses I needed to buy and how to clean out some of my pipes, and adjusted a valve, and walked me through all the steps needed to fix both problems, and didn't charge a thing for all their expertise. Highly recommend, I will be using them again in the future.

They were real good. They referred me to another company that does water maintenance and all that. The moment the pipes burst I was in the house. It took about three hours to clean up and mop everything and dry everything out. They came by and set a fan on the burst part of pipe, sort of insulation. I told them that I know what their service does and I was outside when this thing happened. I told them the damage is minimal and I told them that I don?t want to spend the extra $2000 to complete the work. They were talking about pulling baseboards, putting holes in the walls, forcing air through the hole and guaranteeing dry out. So I knew they were going to charge me a big amount. I graciously told them that it was okay. They were good. I haven?t really used them that much. They just did work once for me. The price at that time was good. I would use their services again in the future.
