Description of Work: Dug down to waste water drain, which was cracked. Replaced PVC pipes and joints, filled hole back up, replaced plants since it was in a plant bed. It took a 4 man crew and they did it in less than 8 hours.

Description of Work: I requested service to repair a toilet. They did not come when expected so I called them. They apologized and said this is for a kitchen sink? I said no and described the problem with my toilet again. When the plumer arrived he said you have a problem with your kitchen sink? I said no, my toilet. The person then looked at the inside to my toilet. He did not appear to know what the parts were, took pictures to show someone else, said they do not carry toilet parts for my toilet brand (toto) on the truck. He said he would have to order them. They will come in and will call me to schedule to come out to fix it. That was the last I heard from them. My toilet is still broken.

Description of Work: We had a clog in our main line to the sewer. They ran their snake down every channel to unclog without success. They finally ran the snake backwards from the sewer to the house. The clog was found one foot away from the sewer under a brand new sidewalk. They got the clog removed so at least the toilets would work while we waited on the city to fix the problem (re-bar driven through our sewer pipe). We appreciate their persistence. They didn't leave until they tried everything to fix our problem.

Description of Work: 2 of my 3 toilets had rusted out parts. The plumber told me the toilet cleaner tablets I dropped in the tank caused the rust, too much chlorine in a small space. I had no idea! He replaced all the ruined parts, which was everything in the tank :( Professional, and an OK price for all he did.
