SmartChoice Roofing was founded by life-long Houstonians that have rich ties to their community and the people that live there. Although the founders currently reside in Friendswood, we consider all of the Houston area as home. It was our desire to build a company that provides a valuable service to our neighbors that prompted the vision for SmartChoice Roofing. We deeply value the relationships built with every one of our SmartChoice families that we are able to partner with. Roof replacement
Description of Work: After getting 5 different quotes I decided to go with them. Had the guys from Smart Choice Roofing come out and replace my entire roof which has a steep pitch and has flat torch down sections. They were very fast and professional. The roof looks amazing and the price was very reasonable-able. They were very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process to any of my questions and always explained all of my options.

We found out we’d heads hail damage and needed a new roof. After talking with Kyle with SmartChoice, Dan their inspector coordinated with my insurance company to inspect my roof. Once they agreed that my roof needed replacing Kyle contacted me, advised that were GAF certified and presented us a number of options and also showed us some long term cost effective upgrades. Based on all this Kyle with SmartChoice was the clear choice. He and his staff are very personable, honest, easy to communicate with, and priced right where I needed them. I got a great roof for a great price, quickly, with no problems.

great, roof was replacing older roof. they arrived on date agreed upon, commenced working. completed roof, picked up trash, took it away. I was completely satisfied with the materials, cost of project, and work ethics of the men who did the work.
