From the moment of first contact, Billy was very responsive and courteous. Explained what I needed and made the appointment. Brian arrived when expected and got right to work. Brian was professional, quick, responsive, respectful and performed a wonderful job on all that was asked of him. The ceiling fans look great and are running wonderfully. From the moment he arrived the technician was very courteous, and very knowledgeable about his profession. He explained everything he was doing and why and when he finished and got power restored he cleaned up behind himself. Very professional people will be using them again to replace breaker box and meter assembly.

I puchased a $99 deal..He came out on time with an assistant. After surveying the situation, he said that this was not in his expertise. It was repair to a boat dock electrical system. At first he said the $99 would apply to his trip. When I complained that he was to give a free estimate, Hedid not agree. I then said that I would split it with him because he had expenses. He agreed, but ended up sending me the entire amount.

Billy responded quickly and service was on the day we requested. After showing what we needed fixed, he explained exactly what he would do and provided additional information about GCFI's. We also added an additional request which required him to go purchase the material to install. Billy is very professional and thorough. We plan on hiring him for some additional work.

I was able to make an appointment with Residential Electrical Services and receive service right away. Billy Mendoza was prompt and professional. He even gave me some helpful safety tips.

Billy Mendoza is excellent. He stayed in constant contact with me and let me know when he was coming. We had a surge that was going on in the house. We had done numerous things to try and fix it and had even called one electrician who refused to come out and even look at the problem stating it was probably just a plug. It turns out it was an issue at the breaker box that took some time to find but Billy fixed it. I am so thankful to Angie's list for recommending Billy. He is truly an A+ Company and he is an excellent electrician I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone.

He offered to come over on Sunday, but we made the appointment for Monday. The men doing the job were professional, courteous, and friendly. They had all the permits ready, as well as scheduling of power disconnection and connection. We were extremely impressed!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We dealt primarily with Billy and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He addressed me as "maam" at all times, and made sure to fully explain everything to me so that I was completely and fully aware of what work would be performed. He even made sure that he and his workers removed their shoes at the front door in order to not track anything on our carpet which I thought was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. There was a misunderstanding on what one of my boys wanted in his room and once I contacted Billy and explained this to him, I realized this work (which was not included on the original job estimate) would result in an additional charge, but Billy and another co-worker came back out and spent an additional hour or so making sure to satisfy my son and then refused to allow me to pay him the additional money he was due for labor and materials. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this provider for anyone looking for electrical work and who is wanting someone dependable, honest and knowledgeable. I definitely will be recommending him to my friends and will use this company again if I ever have any future electrical needs.

I called several electricians to see if I could get a quote on installing motion sensor lights outside me home. Although they were all courteous only Residential Electrical was able to come out same day. He is coming this afternoon.

Came out within in hours of call took care of job quick and called inspector after hours . would use them again

Billy was able to see that the issue was a bad ballast in the light fixture itself. He was punctual, professional, and courteous and I plan on having him come out to replace the entire light fixture in the future.

Excellent in all aspects of the job.

The guy we dealt with was really awesome. He was here whenever we worked here and he was able to do his job. He was able to work with other contractors. We had no complaints at all. The price was very really good. It was a lot better than other companies who gave us a quote. We have recommended them to our parent house and brother's house. Our aunts have already recommended them across the board. We found them on Angie's List and other online surveys. We were far beyond happier with what they truly did.

He and his helper Aaron couldn't have been more helpful and professional.

Contacted Billy for a second quote since the previous vendor had come in more than expected. Scheduled a time for him to stop by the house which was an empty rental property. He promptly emailed a firm quote. Turns out that during the permit process, he had to pay a fee in order to do business in my city. He obtained the permits and we scheduled a date for the work. He completed the work in one day as promised and did an excellent job. Was very clean and left no mess. He later met the city inspector to confirm the work. I was very satisfied and will use Billy again.

Billy owns the company and completes the work himself. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, timely, and hard working. Throughout our major house remodel, Billy is the only contractor that I completely trusted. My husband is an electrical engineer and was also very pleased with his expertise. Billy moved around the electrical for our kitchen appliances since the kitchen got a new floor stamp. He added more recessed lights, more electrical outlets, and changed from 3 way to double or single switches. He completed brand new electrical for a laundry room we moved, too. Every time that my husband wanted to add to the work scope, Billy was extremely polite and receptive. Fabulous guy and work!

He’s an electrician and I would highly recommend him. I was very satisfied with the work that he performed. I will use him again in the future if I need to.
