Billy, Mika, and the crew from RES were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them again, as well as recommending them, for all electrical needs.

The Licensed Electricians showed up at 8:30am both days as promised and got right to work. They answered all of my questions in the process. They did a great job and cleaned up at the end of each day. Will call them again with any electrical needs.

We had an issue with the electric plugs going out and could not understand why. We had 2 different people look at it and no one could figure out what was going on. He never gave up and stayed until he found the issue. It was on the fuse box. He is a wonderful man and his son came with him. I was so... appreciative of the help he gave me that I have already referred him to other jobs.

This company is exceptional. They were very accommodating about scheduling so I didn't have to miss any work. They coordinated all of the work on the incoming power line with the power company and the city inspector and stayed at the house until well after dark to make sure electric service was on and working when I got home from work. A couple of the light switches I provided were damaged and Billy found replacements quickly. They cleaned up all of the mess and were very careful of my furniture and floors. I intend to hire Billy and his crew for additional electric work as we continue to renovate our house. I couldn't recommend them more strongly.

Billy (the owner) is wonderful. HIs brother in law is the one that did the work. We will definitely use them again.The showed up on time, they were attentive to detail, they listened to what we needed, there were no hidden costs, their prices were reasonable, they worked in a timely manner and were very friendly. During the tear-off phase of residing my house the contractor found that all the exterior outlets had originally been mounted in foam rather than screwed to the studs. They needed to be repaired before the siding could be installed. I called three electricians. Residential was able to schedule the work right after the 4th of July so that the siding contractor was not delayed. The electrician arrived on time, and did the work well and quickly. One outlet was not protected, so he installed a GFI at the location at no extra charge. All outlets were replaced with new boxes and mounted to the studs. There electrician left the faceplates so that the siding contractor could install them once the siding was up. The price was reasonable and the work was professional. I would hire Residential again!

Robert arrived on time. His brother owns Rez Electric (Billy). An affable chap, Robert jumped right in and started each project with a reassuring positive energy.

The customer service and the actual work was excellent. The business manager made sure I had the details of who was coming and kept me posted when he was close to my residence. The second he came in he instinctively knew what to do and fixed the outlet and changed out the kitchen light thoroughly and quickly. He was friendly and he shared information about the process and was very professional not only with the installation but ensuring the area was cleaned up once done. He even shared ideas concerning any future lighting updates including describing the process on what it would take to get it done. I would definitely utilize their services again.

Arrived on time to repair a wiring issue with the dishwasher. He explained each step and why he was doing what he was doing. Started with the most common issue and moved from there. 20 minutes and the issue was solved. There was a pinched wire in the breaker box. Courteous gentleman and very friendly. I would recommend RES and will have them back for any future electrical services I may have.

The work from Residential Electrical Services was very professionally done. All workers were friendly and courteous. Their prices were very reasonable. When they were installing the new wiring they found problems with the old wiring for the rest of the house that was not part of the bid. They fixed those problems without any increase in the cost. We are planning to do work on our kitchen in the next year or two which will require rewiring. We will definitely be calling Residential Electrical Services and would recommend them to everyone.

Residential Services contacted me 2 days after I chose their Big Deal on Angie's List. They scheduled the work the next week and arrived at my house at 8:30 am. They started work immediately. The TNMP serviceman asked them to change meter claw which they agreed to do and charged me half price since they had one on their truck. The work was finished by noon but had to wait for the city inspector who showed up at 2:00 pm. While waiting, they hooked up their generator to the panel and checked all the breakers and matched them with the lights and appliances in the house. I am very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them for electrical services.

It went very well didn't have to be there while they were working. They were very nice.

They arrived right on time and, because they came by to check things out beforehand, they had everything they needed to complete the job in a professional and timely way. All the people connected with RES were very friendly and courteous and were willing and able to answer all my questions.

We built a detached garage about 2 years ago and had planned on doing the electric work ourselves. As time went on we decided to get bids on having the new service come underground to the building; that was far outside our comfort zone. We got a few cost estimates and RES was in the middle. We needed a 27" deep trench from below the existing breaker panel on the house to the edge of the garage. We took care of the trench a few days before RES was scheduled to show up. Well, it rained and rained and rained some more. Our trench was almost filled to the top with water. Not a problem for these guys! They brought a pump to drain the water and got started inside the garage. They jumped into the trench and cleaned out the mud that had fallen in during the rain and kept on going. They finished the job in one day and I am extremely pleased with their work.
