Description of Work: Pete gave us an estimate to lay flooring in 2 rooms, hang 4 interior doors, and put up 3 light fixtures. The estimate was very reasonable, so we set a date for the work. He arrived on time to do the work and got started right away. However, about an hour into laying the floor, he ran into an issue and decided not to finish the work - not just the floor, but all of the work he had agreed to do.

He worked quickly, had proper tools, was skilled and knowledgeable. I'm certain I will use Pete's expert and reasonable service again.
Description of Work: Primed and painted rock fireplace, replaced two outside ceiling fans (one could not be turned off prior to replacing it!), cleaned pool tiles, replaced rotted wood around door frames on 3 upstairs balconies, cut, painted and installed wood panel under fireplace mantel.

 + -1 moreWhen I called him he was on another job, answered promptly. This was work which needed to be done prior to a house sale. He scheduled the work 3 days later on a Saturday. He was on time and had already delivered a ladder he needed and also had the necessary repair items in his truck when he pulled up to the house. Pete moved fast and did not take a break except to get some water as it was close to 90 degrees. Two days later he called me and asked if I was satisfied. I would certainly recommend him and I would use him again. I wish I had found him sooner.
Description of Work: Replaced rotted boards under gutters and under the eaves, filled in an open place where air conditioner lines entered house, and caulked open places on siding of house.

He provided a handyman that was extremely capable of the task and even made some suggestions that improved the overall outcome. My husband who would normally have done the work, however due to an illness and recent surgery, was unable to do so. Chris and Pete were extremely respectful of that fact toward my husband and that greatly impressed me. The value and the work preformed were unbeatable. I will definitely use Pete's Handyman services again. This company deserves the highest rating on Angie's List. A fair, honest and reliable service.
