Description of Work: We called him to fix three things: a leaky window, a falling chandelier, and a broken can light. He caulked the window on the spot during the estimate! By the time he left after the service visit, everything was back to normal. He had even made an extra trip to the store when our touch-up paint wasn't the right color. We are very satisfied with his work and the price and will definitely be calling him again.
