Ronny's service has been nothing short of exceptional! We first gave him a call when our A/C system went out back in August. Not knowing better, and desperate for relief, we called a larger company thinking they'd be able to get us back online quickly. Their rep was able to get to us that afternoon and unfortunately that's about all he was good for. He hardly looked at anything -- popped his head in the attic, did a short glance over our outside unit, and told us our entire system needed to be replaced; that there was nothing else that could be done and he'd be emailing us quotes to proceed later. Unhappy with the first visit, we reached out to family members who recommended we call Ronny. He was able to get to us that same day and promptly inspected, diagnosed and repaired our system! He is extremely knowledgeably, capable and prepared; Ronny had everything he needed on hand to get us back up and running in a relatively short amount of time - ESPECIALLY compared with the alternative we were given! Ronny owns his own business, takes pride in his work and is great at explaining technical matters in a way the layman can understand. At the end of the day, it makes such a difference to have someone who isn't pushy or using scare tactics to try to sell you something you don't need. Ronny gives you your options, with excellent explanations, so you feel good about your decisions when they need to be made. Ronny is incredibly friendly, efficient and personable. He's saved us so much time, hassle and money, we're so grateful to have found him. We gave him a call a couple weeks ago to perform an A/C service visit and make sure we're all set for the summer. With Ronny, we know we're in great hands, and we will absolutely make sure to recommend Ronny's service to everyone we know!

Ronny has been taking care of my heating and a/c needs for several years. He is honest, on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. He always makes the extra effort to be sure that I understand what needs to be done and why. He has been keeping my units running for the last couple of years as efficiently as possible and only recommended replacement when they just couldn't be repaired again for a reasonable price. I THINK IT WAS A GOOD PRICE JUST TO GET MY AC SYSTEM CHECKED. THANK GOD, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING WELL, AND I DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING DONE AT THE TIME HE CAME OUT TO CHECK MY SYSTEM.
