Every time Max made an appointment for estimate, or work, or anything he was there on time, or early. I'm not used to that with most contractors! He did exactly what he said he was going do, for the price he quoted, and did it exactly right. Then, he cleaned up after himself. I will be using him again to install surveillance cameras soon. No problems, no issues, just the way it should be.

Went great. I had no idea what I needed so Max advised what was available and offered his thoughts on what would work best. He was good about helping me stay in budget and not pushy regarding any of the items offered.We decided what configurations we would utilize and Max and Alex made it happen. They are effecient, knowledgeable and careful with your home. I was amazed at how much they accomplished in a day and a half. I will certainly use Media Technologies for any audio/visual projects.

Excellent! From the first time I called Media Technologies, Max was responsive, attentive, on time, thoughtful about how to get us what we wanted within our budget, and professional. It's evident that he is incredibly knowledgeable about equipment options, passionate about doing quality work, and stands behind his work and products. Initially we thought we'd invest in a whole house system, then pulled back. Max was great about accommodating our needs right now, as well as giving us a plan for the future. I would hire Max again if we decide to expand our system, and will happily refer him to others.

Tell him exactly what needsa to be done so there is no discrepancy on the price.

Max is just amazing! He took our existing pieces of media (TV, turntable, speakers, pc, etc. etc.) and combined these with current best in class pieces (a Logitech universal remote, hdmi cables, an hdmi receiver, etc. etc.) to create a really great home media center for us! My husband is thrilled by Max's workmanship. We don't have the time to set up these pieces - and, frankly, we'd never do what Max knew how to do, so it was a great investment. I feel like Max added value to my 3 year old just purchased home by wiring it for the way people live today (for some reason it wasn't set up this way by the original builder or the seller).

Max had come out previously to install an antenna so I could get all the local channels on my HD flat screen tv without having to pay monthly fees for cable or satellite. When I moved recently, I had him come out again and move the original antenna to my new location. A few of the channels weren't coming in as well as I'd like so I had him come back out to adjust the antenna as well as to install an articulating arm to raise the TV up off the wobbly chest it was sitting on. Max arrived on time and delivered more than expected. He hid the cables in the wall and helped me camoflauge the other existing wires leading to my other misc electronics. He repaired a sloppy job done by an AT&T techncian who installed my internet with a tacky looking green wire sticking out the bottom of an electrical cover. Getting to the antenna to make the adjustment was a challenge so it required an extension ladder. Max had to take the ladder thru my locked gate to get to it behind my house. I discovered the locking mechanism had actually fell off the gate when we were getting him access so the gate was no longer secure. Max not only remedied the antenna issue but also fixed my gate. That's going the extra mile. Much appreciated. It's always a pleasure doing business with Media Technologies.

I was very happy with the results of both projects (home theater room and multi-zone stereo system). I talked to several other home entertainment installation vendors, and received estimates from 2 of them, and Max was by far the most knowledgable and accommodating, as well as competitive in pricing. I already had some of the components that I wished to use for both entertainment systems, and Max had no problem working with and installing the items I provided, e.g., amp, speakers, TV, etc. (some of the other vendors I spoke with said they only did "turn key" projects, or insisted on providing all the components themselves and were insistent on what brands they would work with). Max also made excellent recommendations on some of the peripheral components and accessories for the system. The work required a significant amount of effort to install speaker cabling in ceilings that weren't pre-wired, and Max and his assistant Leo made it look easy (it wasn't, buth my wife insisted on ceiling speakers). In addition, since we were installing ceiling speakers in two separate rooms on different floors (which required a significant amount of cutting holes in ceiling and walls to run the cables), he also recommended a home remodeling company to do the dry wall repairs, painting, etc, and they were excellent as well (I was so impressed I also selected them to do another major project we were about to do, which included replacement of wood flooring on 1st floor, new wood stairs and 2nd floor wood flooring, cabinent work, and other dry wall and painting work - see separate review for Kirtley Construction), Overall, we couldn't be happier with the results, and I will surely use Max for any such future projects.

I made my initial call to inquire about an estimate for installing a home theater system I had purchased from a friend of mine. I received a call back in a very timely manner. Max was very thorough and very easy to talk to and we set up a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He was very punctual for the appointment, very friendly, and really knew what he was talking about. I was completely comfortable with his estimate and decided to go with him for the installation. On the day of installation Max and his team arrived exactly on time and got right to work. During the installation process it was discovered that the original projector I had purchased before hiring Max was not going to work out for the quality of theater system I wanted. Max was very quickly able to find reasonably price equipment the same day in a very timely manner and was able to install the entire system within just a few hours. He explained how everything worked in great detail and made sure that I understood the whole system. He wasn't completely happy with the surround sound system that I had originally purchased before hiring him to do the install. He offered to upgrade the system at his cost just to make it right, so I decided to try out the system for a week and let him know if I wanted to upgrade the sound system. After a week, I decided to take him up on his offer to purchase a slightly better system. He actually did the install on the new system today and the difference is incredible! Max was extremely easy to work with and had fantastic customer service oriented business practices. He wanted to make sure that the system was within my price range, was the best that it could possibly be, and that everything was done the right way as opposed to the quick/easy way. I would recommend Max and Media Technologies to anyone interested in installing a top of the line quality home theater system for the best price and value possible!

I called and left a message to inquire about pricing for repair of our sound on our AVR this morning. My phone call was returned shortly and I was given a quote for $150. Max was able to schedule my service for that afternoon (thanks to a a cancellation). He arrived exactly on time, was very professional throughout. He worked with my already installed home theater system and spent extra time due to initially installed errors. The service met and exceeded my expectations. I am sure that Media Technologies, LLC will be their for future service calls (where the initial installer never returned my calls when tech support was needed), and will be the call I make when I have more media service needs. Everything went wonderfully! We just moved into a new place and needed a flat screen installed on our living room wall. Max was quick to respond to my initial phone call; he quickly scheduled a time to come out and look at what we wanted done, as well as discuss additional potential options (surround sound, etc.). He presented all of the options clearly, in a way that made sense, and gave me an approximate price for each one. On the day of installation, Max and his assistant arrived on time. They wall-mounted the TV, moved a cable outlet over so it was hidden behind our TV console, hooked up our cable box and our new Blu-Ray (which we purchased from Media Technologies), ran a wiring conduit so that the wires could be hidden behind the wall, drilled a hole in the back of our console and hid all of the components (cable box, Blu-Ray, internet router, etc.) in the console. They also installed an infrared remote kit on the cable box and blue ray so that we can use our regular remote controls without having to open the doors on the console. They cleaned everything up and made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the job before they left. Everything looks wonderful! We couldn't be happier with our new TV setup. Although we didn't do surround sound or otherwise trick everything out right now, we'll definitely call Media Technologies when we do!

Max was very responsive and kept in touch prior to the appointment as to his arrival time. He was right on schedule. He was very knowledgeable and had a lot of expertise in his field. He gave me a system layout that exceded my expectations. And, Leo his assistant, was also very helpful. They were neat, clean, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone as it is difficult to find someone of this caliber in this field.

Pricing included some new equipment and installation

He was responsive, on time and very neat. I would definitely recommend his firm to anyone looking at home theatre installation.

I talked to Max on the phone and he determined the antenna type I needed to allow me to watch TV using my digital flat screen tv and my cpu which saves me from having to pay the high costs to the cable or satellite companies. I had tried several inexpensive antennas from Radio Shack but wasn't getting good enough reception to make it work. One call to Max fixed all that. He sent a technician who was professional, punctual and effiicient. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a similar service.
