Description of Work: They sent 3 girls for 3 hours to equal 9 hours of cleaning. They were all standing around talking in one room a lot of the time. One girl even ate her lunch during the time that I was paying for. I was told it was supposed to be "deep cleaning" but in one of the rooms the blinds and floor boards were not touched. Then you would think 3 women would be able to clean my whole house in 3 hours, but I had to clean my own kitchen and washroom, because they wanted to charge me more money since they didn't finish in 3 hours. They took their sweet time in each room and stood around talking to each other in Spanish and acted as if they did not understand anything I said.

Description of Work: We first met Marcela and her team back in April when we used our Angie's List deal with Skyline Cleaning for a $200 whole house super cleaning. It was fantastic! They cleaned my house like it had never been cleaned before!! I have never seen my husband's shower so spotless before, and we have used so many different housekeeping companies previously. We have since been having Skyline cleaning Services come back every two weeks and we are extremely pleased with the results. Marcela Amorin is extremely involved often doing the cleaning herself. She is professional, responsive to text messages, email messages, etc. They are ALWAYS on time, which is something that I appreciate very, very much. I would highly recommend this company. They are in the Friendswood, League City area, which is great for me and something that I want to support.

Description of Work: They we're here on time. They came in and they asked me what I wanted and they got right to work and did a great job. They were quick and very professional and very courteous. I will definitely use them again.
