Went really well. They did a great job and the price is very reasonable.

They were fine. They were a little bit too expensive for me and they were less thorough but they were okay. I just didn't go with them because of their price. They were quite responsive. They were on time.

Marcella visited house for cleaning estimate day of inquiry (June). In July, She confirmed scheduled appointment a few days before cleaning service to verify scheduled time/date/address. Her two person cleaning crew showed up on time. They did a fantastic job. New homeowners and I were pleased with the cleaning. I would use her services again if still lived in the area.

Marcela does a great job on our Galveston beach home. She is flexible with time and navigates our security system and key lockbox without difficulty

They do a good job. They're very prompt and they do what they say they're gonna do. They're a little high but I have called several other people and they're within the normal range.

Mercele first told me that most of the two hours would be spent on the bathrooms because they were so dirty.One bathroom is not used because I live alone. They only had to vacuum 3 bedrooms and one bedroom was not to be touched. I was in this bedroom sewing. All the other bedrooms were only vacuum and lightly dusted. The small dining and living space hardware floors were cleaned and sweep behind the couch, which I appreciated. The blinds in the breakfast nook were dusted and the kitchen spot cleaned, The den where I stay most of the time was vacuumed and the furniture was vacuumed throughly. They dusted two ceiling fans as I was expecting company. The house smelled great and on the surface all looked good. I was charged 125 because Marcele said they took 3 hours. My deal was for 2 hours for 2 ladies. I asked if they came back in aug what would the cost be I was told 135. Marcele explained that the more often they came the cheaper the price. I then asked if they came back in July what would that be. I was told 135. That does not seem cheaper to me. I would use these two ladies if I wanted hit and miss again.

Arrived on time. Cleaned the house very thoroughly with a minimum disturbance.

The deep cleaning was $250 for two people for four hours. The surcharge for additional hours was very reasonable - surprisingly inexpensive actually. They don't do windows, but they do clean the window sills and the frames - just not the glass. They were friendly, professional, hard-working and thorough. When they finished, the house looked great! A week later we keep running into little details that show the pride they put into their work. We would recommend them to anyone and, in fact, we have already signed up for their bi-weekly service.

I came home to a clean house!

The two women that came to clean my home were friendly, demonstrated highly sophisticated cleaning skills and they were fast. The quality of the work was excellent.

The ladies did a great job. The house smelled fresh and clean. They were also able to clean some markings off wall. Overall job went well.

No time for details. Just very happy with the job they did!

They arrived on time, performed their cleaning efficiently and quietly, and were on time overall when they completed their work. Quite happy with the results.

They did a great job. Very few details were left uncleaned and I had let the place go badly. They wanted to return every 2 weeks for $140, but I could not afford that. When they learned this, they returned my key. But when it gets dirty again, I will have them do another deep cleaning. I wanted them to do laundry while here, also, but my appliances take so long they could only do 1 maybe 2 loads while here. But Marcela said she would have been happy to do it.

They did an excellent job. I rarely find someone that cleans as well as I do, and Marcela and her employee actually exceeded what I would have done. It was so wonderful to have a clean house with little or no effort on my part.

I am very pleased. I was not home when Marcela and her team were through. She called me to let me know they were leaving, and she asked me to pleaseI call when I got home to let her know how I felt about her work . I have scheduled for her to return in two weeks for regular cleaning. I trust that her standards will continue to exceed my expectations!

Quiet, efficient, professional work

I specifically asked for several things to be done and they were not. I asked her to do the baseboards, especially in one bathroom and they were not cleaned. I asked for the floor in the bathroom to be scrubbed and it was not. My husband was not happy with the blinds. He has asthma and requested they be thoroughly cleaned and they were not. We even paid for an extra hour. What they did do was fine.

Marcela and her crew brought all supplies, and spent more than four hours doing the promised baseboards, blinds. window sills, etc. We are excited about how our home looks now, and can't wait for the upcoming schedules visits. I came home before they were through, and saw for myself how much attention to detail was used! I am impressed and would urge anyone to try Skyline Cleaning before you try anyone else!

Skyline Cleaning Services did a good job. The negative is that they scrubbed one of my toilet seats that you can't scrub. It is not bad but when I look at it, it is supposed to be clean and then it looks scratched up. The woman, not the one that came home but the other one who hires them should be knowing better. They did a very good job. My wife just said that it was a very good job. I guess the price was right. The return services was not. They try to make you a price if they came back every month, they would do it for this price and if they came in every 2 months but actually the prices were higher than what I wanted to pay. They were encouraging me to become a customer base than a one time customer. The big deal purchase for the all day cleaning service was 199 and for them to come back and do cleaning for me regularly was higher. They were very responsive I believe, we set them up right away. They were punctual, right on time. She was very professional. There were 2 ladies and they were Mexican. The owner speaks English and the other one only speaks Spanish so we didn't have any communication with her, only the owner. If we needed deep clearance we would use them again in the future.

Great Job!- The rooms were fresh and clean! I have 2 dogs and there were no indications that pets lived in the home at all! Marcela was able to schedule me at the last minute which helped me prepare for our holiday guests! Look forward to having them come back!

I was very pleased with the results and will continue to have Marcela clean my house every other week (for $120). I contacted her through Angie's list after reading all the positive reviews and seeing that she was local - I indicated I was interested in getting an estimate and that if possible I wanted to have an initial cleaning done within a week (prior to out of town guests arriving). She responded within minutes and before I knew it I had an appointment with her the following day after work. She arrived on time, and walked through the house describing what they would and would not clean (like outside the oven and refrigerator, but not inside), and provided me with estimates at the end and said they could do the deep clean in 5 days. I was fine with the estimates (not having received other quotes or ever having a cleaning service before) and was thrilled that I was not going to have to spend my weekend cleaning the house. She texted me the night before she was going to clean to inform me of her team's arrival time the next day. I was not present while they cleaned but I could certainly tell they had been here when I got home - everything was spotless and smelled clean but not like chemicals or perfumes. It was obvious they moved furniture to clean underneath and I found no evidence that something was missed. Some friends were shocked at the price of the deep clean, but given the amount of work I know they did I feel it was a good value and I have no regrets. As other reviewers have said, Marcela is professional, punctual, and very courteous, and I would recommend her!
