They were really good.

No one bothered to call back.

We had a wall of mirrors that needed to come down. Our house is shifting and it was putting some pressure on them so we knew they needed to be removed before things got worse. After trying several different companies to no avail, we called them on a Sunday morning. By that evening, the mirrors were down. It only took a few minutes. They guys were super polite and efficient. We were quoted two different prices depending on the difficulty of work and ended up paying the smaller amount. After getting the run around from several different companies, it was so nice to have the work done. They let us know when they would be arriving and they cleaned up everything afterwards. We would definitely recommend them in the future.

I just purchased a new home and the master shower door hinge was broken. The seller wasn't willing to fix it prior to close so I had to get it done. I called around to various companies then decided to breakdown and get an Angie's List membership. This is the first company that I used based on Angie's list and I'm happy that I did. Mike was the main company rep that I dealt with at Mainline. He came out, evaluated the door, made some great recommendations, and provided me with an estimate the same day. On the day when the repair was supposed to take place, something happened and my original shower door was shattered. Mike called me right away, explained that it was his fault and told me they would have a new door ordered ASAP. Mistakes happen all of the time and the fact that he was honest about it, made me that much more comfortable with him. The new door came in and the repair was completed yesterday. It works and looks as great as any plain 'ole shower door can.

Very pleasant and helpful. Asked about trimming out the mirror and they went back to pick it up and within 30 minutes came back to install it. I would highly recommend this company!

Arrived on time, called to let us know were coming and did a fabulous job of cutting the mirror and hanging the mirror on the wall afterwards. Great customer service!

Were very prompt and professional had to remove windows and take them to the shop to repair them as the glass had to be ordered. But fixed window so that it was covered while being repaired. They returned the windows in a timely manner and completed the job as promised. Not sure how fair the price was, I only got one quote.

Because of the age of the home, the original sidelights were installed in a unorthodox way. They stuck with it and did a great job. I appreciate the fact that what have should have been a short job, was much more complicated and the installers had a great attitude and stuck with it till it was perfect.

Responded quickly to my initial phone call. Scheduled time to come out to measure my windows. They were able to replace my windows with exactly the same type of glass and solar coating that I have. (I had been told by another company that it was no longer available.) When I asked the owner how he was able to get the same glass, he replied that he would have to make a special trip into Houston to pick it up and that it cost more. (However that was not reflected in the price he quoted me which was less than I had received elsewhere.) Removed the existing windows carefully to avoid damaging the frames. Completed the job in an efficient and timely manner, actually taking less time than I had anticipated. Cleaned up the areas both outside and inside, then finished the job by cleaning the windows. I appreciated that they called before my scheduled appointment time to advise me that they were running over at another job and gave me the option to reschedule if I preferred. Very professional and experienced.

They arrived 1 hour after I called them with a 2 man crew and a large work truck. They removed the 2 broken windows and brought them to their work truck. Inside the truck they cut the glass and mounted it into the frame. Next they replaced the windows and sealed them completely. They did a great job and were real professional.

I have used this company twice. These guys did an amazing job for me both times. If you are looking for a glass company, their prices are very reasonable and their level of expertise is well above average. I highly recommend Mainline Glass in Friendswood.

I had been looking for quite some time for somebody to be able to replace the rollers and repair tracks for big patio doors in an old building. He found the replacement rollers, took out 2 heavy glass doors, cleaned and fixed the tracks, replaced the rollers and put the doors back on the track. He did this in 2 of my units, one on the 11th floor and one on the 15th floor in a downtown Highrise. He was very clean and cleaned the area after he finished the work.He knew what he was doing. I can recommend him highly.
