Description of Work: Inspected air handler, heat burners, compressor and duct work for two systems. |Technician was a skilled professional. The office staff did not know what services could be provided and set me up for duct cleaning. The technician explained the company does not perform this task.

+ -1 moreOf course my unit went out on a 100 degree day. Something I had been expecting for awhile since it was 14 years old. Mabry's came right out. I spoke with Tom, the owner on several occasions in detail and at length. He explained why he likes certain units. I was a little apprehensive because of the cost but also because I despise summer. I hate the heat and don't even use my central heat in the winter unless maybe it is 30 outside. So in saying that I wanted a unit that would really cool. I chose the Carrier at Mr. Mabry's suggestion. Initially had a little duct problem but that was fixed and I am now very happy with my unit. The workmen (Mabry's employees) not contractors, were very professional and always on time. I would very much recommend Mabry's.

+ -1 moreOne of our furnace units went out and we first called another company. They said it couldn't be fixed and we needed to replace the furnace. We called Mabry's and they came out quickly and were very professional and polite. He said it would be a good idea to replace the furnace soon but did not pressure us. He was able to replace the thermocouple for $170 and get us heat immediately.

+ -1 moreThe technician returned my call quickly and came around to give an estimate for repair on my air conditioner. His prices were very good and he was able to explain the compressor problems and offered a work guarantee. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and the technician was right on time. He completed the job in less than a day and cleaned up all the mess. He did an excellent job and gave me a good warranty.
Description of Work: The technician came by to check out my air conditioner because it would not cool. After checking it, he installed a new compressor, which was the problem. He checked other components to make sure there were not any other problems.
