LONE STAR BLINDS

It was the WORST experience I've ever had! It took double the amount of time to get the blinds in, and then 4 of them were missing. I called once a week for over a month checking on them. The owner yelled at me and said that I needed to chill they would come in when they came in. Then he called my husband and said that he needed to keep me in check and not allow me to call him to check on the blinds anymore. About 2 weeks after that they finally came in. The overall quality is not good. Very disapppointed with everything, would NOT recommend them to anyone.vajo

Randy White of Lone star did a brilliant job installing the blinds. He was on time, clean, and polite. Three of the windows have arches that made it hard to fix blinds to. He did not know about this when he took the job. He still did not charge us extra, even though it took much longer to do the job than he thought it would. He had to make extra trips for the material as well. The blinds look perfect in the living and family rooms.
