J Brown Construction Inc

I think Mr. Brown is a very qualified contractot, however, he is very busy. We had difficulties coordinating with him and the cabinet company he deals with. After several months of trying to get everything ironed out, we were to have one more meeting with the both of them. We were told by the cabinet maker that he would contact Mr. Brown and finalize measurement at our house the first part of Spring Break week. We never heard from either one even after calling and leaving messages. They showed up Wednesday of the following week when no one wa home. At that point we were feeling quite frustrated. The cabinet maker contacted me to let me know they were here, and I let him know that we were displeased with the miscommunication. We felt like Mr. Brown would contact us, however, we have never heard from him. He came recommended, and I have no reason to think he doesn't do quality work I will add that U.S. Not using him was not entirely him but the cabinet maker who was late to every meeting as well as being late to an appointment at his own office that he made and then took a phone call while we waited in his show room.

Estimate was significantly higher than contractor hired, so went with other contractor that was also on Angie's list.

Very easy process, great guys to work with. Helped us figure out what we wanted, and did it. They got the permit and were ready to schedule the work very quickly--we actually had to hold them off waiting for HOA approval.

Jimmy and his crews were polite and worked efficiently. The work they did exceeded my expectations. They were vigilant in their overseeing the craftsmen. We had one small crack and they came and repaired it without any fuss and before they were paid.
