Description of Work: Mike Cook's original appointment was March 11th. He called and said he was running late and rescheduled for March 12th. He was 30 minutes late because he had gotten lost. I do not need to go into details but he was not very professional. We told him up front that we were planning to retire soon and didn't want to go into debt (we would pay cash). He seemed agreeable to repair/resurface where he could vs. replacement. I told him we were going to make our decision on a contractor by March 21st and we needed the downstairs work completed by April 10th. He gave me a follow up call a few days later and said he was still working on the estimate. Then he sent a subcontractor to my home (I did receive a call ahead of time) on March 18th to measure the bathroom countertops (this gentleman was courteous but told me he had not done many bathrooms; his expertise was in home add-ons, which concerned me). I asked him to remind Mike about our deadlines. On March 22nd, yet another subcontractor wanted to come to my home at Mike's request to estimate resurfacing the tub. I told him that I could not miss anymore time from work, and we already decided on a contractor asked him to pass it on to Mike. Then Mike called me and I told him the same thing. Frankly, we were concerned that as long as it took to get an estimate, chances of Italtex finishing the work on time were fairly slim. We don't know if he's expensive or reasonable, or if he does good work, because we never received an estimate after 12 days.

Description of Work: Renovate a shower to make it a walk-in travertine marble shower.
