 + 0 moreExcellent. I even decided after ordering my blinds and shutters that I wanted ODL blinds for my kitchen door window. I called and my salesman instructed me how to measure. My ODL blinds were delivered with the rest of my order. I was impressed by that level of service.
Description of Work: Salesperson who showed up was very professional, prompt and had a full supply of samples. He knew his products well, measured carefully and my custom blinds and shutters were completed in the estimated time frame. I highly recommend Houston Window Fashions above all other companies I had researched. They are extremely professional and their prices are more than competitive.

 + 0 moreSalesman showed up on time with plenty of samples and colors to choose from. He knew his company's products extremely well, and was extremely helpful in offering suggestions when asked. Pricing may not have been rock-bottom compared to all the bids I obtained, but they make up for that ten-fold in their service, customer support and quality. The installer was very experienced and professional - no goofing around. He arrived, got straight to work and was done before I knew it. He also cleaned up after himself which seems to be something lacking in many companies these days.
Description of Work: I wish that all companies that I deal with were as professional, responsive, attentive, polite, prompt and competitively priced as Houston Window Fashions. I highly recommend them and wouldn't think twice about using them again in the future. Having just built a new house, they installed shutters and blinds. Their sales and installation teams are second to none.
