"Jonas did a very bad job of installing tiles. 1: Upstairs bathroom shower: Jonas, the installer did not properly water proof the drywall before installing the tiles. We asked Jonas multiple times that he needs to seal the walls, especially the corner of the walls and he told us it is not necessary and now we found out that it is wrong. Drywalls and Tiles installation are not level. The shower seat was not slopped out where the water puddle remains on the seat which can cause leakage and will penetrate behind the bathroom tiles and will create molds that can cause health issues. He broke the shower head spout. To fix this issue, we have to redo the bathroom shower. 2. Hallway bathroom floor: tiles installed past the entry door. To correct the problem, we have to hire someone to remove a section of the tiles and redo it. 3. Dry thinset was left all over the marble tiles in all 3 bathrooms. To remove the thinset, it will scratch the marble tiles. 4. Jonas used the machine to cut the tiles inside the upstairs bedroom which it creates a lot of dust and ruined the carpet. He also improperly re-installed one of the toilet, without the wax, so he can use it while he is working. 5. Jonas did not remove the trash from the car garage as he agreed on 6. Jonas damages the bottom of the bathroom cabinets and the kickboards where we need to hire a carpenter to re-surface and paint 7. To fix all of these issues, it will cost us several thousands of dollars."

We sand the slab to scrape up all paint and dirt from the floor so we can check the floor to see if leveling/floating is need to bring floor to tolerance if needed. what make me better for the job is it will be DONE right the FIRST TIME.
