Description of Work: I messaged the provider requesting more information about their services, and requested to be contacted. The provider did not contact me, nor did they respond to the message I sent via Angie's List.

Description of Work: Bryan epitomizes what you would hope to find in a general contractor or handyman. Not only does he exhibit excellent professionalism but he also has an attention to detail that will please even the most demanding of customers. Most importantly, however, he is very sharp and will "think outside of the box" in finding solutions to your home repair and remodeling needs. I trust Bryan completely and now leave him a key to go inside my house to fix problems without my having to be there. I no longer have to search for a contractor, plumber, air conditioning company or any other specialist. I just call Bryan and he takes care of it or finds the best people to take care of it for me. I first retained Bryan to fix a garbage disposal, which had become clogged. I did not know it was a simple clog, so I naturally thought I would have to buy a new garbage disposal. Bryan pointed out that it was only clogged and he was able to quickly complete the unpleasant task of unclogging it. I was also having problem with my dishwasher that a dishwasher/appliance specialist company was previously unable to correct. Bryan took only a few minutes to figure out that the problem was not with my dishwasher, but rather, it was with the detergent. He suggested that I use a different detergent, which fixed the problem. My next job for Bryan involved my air conditioner. Although I paid for a supposedly reputable air conditioning company to conduct an inspection on my system, the system had standing water in the pan that was draining through a pipe onto my entrance sidewalk. I told Bryan about the problem and he immediately know that that the pipe was not supposed to be draining at all and that the only reason it was draining was because the primary drain was clogged. If this secondary pipe would have become clogged, it would have caused water damage to my home. Bryan quickly fixed the problem for me. Ultimately, Bryan caught and fixed a problem that a supposedly reputable air conditioning company missed. I currently have Bryan engaged in a remodeling project and he is absolutely fantastic both in his knowledge, skill and dependability. Bryan's prices are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. However, they are absolutely fair and you can be assured that you are getting first quality work. Moreover, he stands by his work and will come back to fix any problems that may develop. I wholeheartedly recommend Bryan.
