Description of Work: Two visits. One to unclog sink and one to replace outside pipe. Reasonable and very honest master plumber>

Description of Work: Scoped a stubborn clogged pipe and snaked it.

Description of Work: Tried to locate a small occasional leak from upstairs into the kitchen ceiling. James performed a shower pan test on the upstairs shower, used a small camera to look around the tub. Tried to locate the leak in all possible locations in both bathrooms. Since there was no leak located he suggested a few things such as drain cleaner in the shower and changing out the shower heard that we try to see if it helped. This could save us a lot of money trying to investigate the leak location. If these don't help we will call him again.

Description of Work: Plumber was contacted to remedy drain problems which I have had, on and off, for the 18 years that I have owned the home. I contacted him because I wanted the problems fixed once and for all. Things went wrong form the start. This man never once showed up on time or called before he was late to say that he would be delayed for any of the agreed upon appointments. He quoted a price to do exploratory work which I felt would be sufficent tosolve the problem. His initial price was approx $2500. I was dumbfounded to see how fast the money disappeared. I do not believe that with the third world nationals he directed he spent more than six hours on my problems. He had others come in to do the physical work which he oversaw and and was finished in a matter of hours. He then stated that additional work needed to be done and that it would be in the neighborhood of $1500. I approved and again was shocked that he could not show up on time and when he did it was wham bam and pay me. Today I am $4000 poorer and have the same drain problem. He stated that the sewer line had to be redone at the street to the sewer. This does not seem logical in that one of the toilets alwas drains and it is whithin 8' of the one that regularly clogs. All this man talked about was how great he was and as a Master Plumber, I could depend on him. It was just BS.

Description of Work: James repaired outside broken water line. Replaced the 3/4' Gate Valve with new 3/4" Full Port Ball Valve. Replaced Hose bib with a new bib.

Description of Work: My garbage disposal had gotten clogged. I called Friendswood Plumbing Company to come and fix it for me.

Description of Work: I had a hot water heater installed in my garage. The plumber took the old one out and put the new one in and hooked up all the pipes, fittings and hoses. He took the old hot water heater away.
