I love the people he sent out and he was great. I thought his price was decent. I love the people that were working on the house. This is is just one of those situations I did not know what to do. One of the guys was a very good carpenter yet he was doing painting. He was not the best painter and he was such a good person and so trust worthy. I just the loved the person but it was kind of funny because my husband was looking at the paint work and he said look you know he had to pain the trim. They resided our garage and my husband said look at this this is terrible. He is missing this and he is missing that. So my husband went and talked to him and he says look I am going to help you here and we are going to work on this and my husband and he were out painting together. This man did a lot of extras for me to make up for that and he volunteered it all. I felt sorry for him. He was an older guy and I think he needed glasses seriously. I loved the work that he did. I thought the work that he did was top notch. The fixed everything except for the painting which my husband had to get out there. I talked to Kevin and I said there were some issues with the painting here and so everything was fine. Everything ended on a happy note. The older man knew of his deficiency and he did some extra things for me around more in his line of carpentry. I absolutely loved the people. They were just trust worthy. They were just good people. We were told our garage siding was in a bad shape and we were told by our insurance company to get this done. We did with the help of this company. All the carpentry and all the sidings was great. They put up some light fixtures for us. The painting was an issue. This older guy he really just helped me to choose my colors and I told my husband. I told my husband it is so much better than what I originally intended and he really helped me out. He had other people doing the carpentry and he was working on that too. The doors were metal. They were able to be kept. The roof was able to be kept. The structure had to be upgraded somewhat. Everything ended on a good note. I think they went beyond professional. He was so sweet and so kind especially the older person.

They installed the framing, but there are still a few gaps around the door. It seemed to me they ought to either included in the original quote or let me know while they were working about the extra work, instead of making a getaway. He did come back numeral times, but this was not the best work I have seen.

A good job from estimate to completion. Even when the storm doors required an extra threshold to adjust for the height of the door opening that was not included in the initial estimate, Kevin kept looking until he found the appropriate way to make the fit. I highly recommend Classic Exteriors!

Classic Exteriors returned my call right away and came around to give an estimate. Their prices were very good, and they showed me how the double pane keeps in the warmth in the winter and the heat out in the summer. The installation was scheduled as soon as the door was available, and the installers showed up on time. They took out the old door and put in the new glass door, sealed it and also replaced the gutters. They cleaned up all the mess and did an excellent job.
