Unfortunately, I believe there has been some miscommunication. David called and left his phone numbers. When the phone call was returned he went to the customer's house diagnosed the problem and provided a free estimate. He was in contact with Ms. [member name removed] via phone about his finding and to see what steps they wanted to take. A detailed note was also left at the Funk house explaining the findings. At the time Ms. [member name removed] did not make a decision and we had been waiting to hear back. We did not charge the customer for the trip or diagnosing the problem, we gave a free estimate for repairs. Once we received this review we called today May 11th and talked with Ms. [member name removed] again to inquire about this review. Ms. [member name removed] stated maybe her husband was unaware that we had been at the house and completed the work that we did. We do regret this but we did respond and provide service to the Funk property. We hope that we will be able to complete the work that is required to repair their issue.
