There will always be racism in America. My husband and I visited this location and interacted with sales representatives, Susan, a white woman or Karen. We walked in minutes prior to a white couple. Susan asked if everyone was waiting to be assisted and I just sat back because I knew how everything would unfold. My husband and I were basically brushed off by being ask “what can we help you all with?” There was no warm and friendly welcome. No introduction to the home builder, etc. Susan then approached the white couple and actually demonstrated great customer service with them. I am not surprised. So my husband and I leave out but wanted to ask one my question before leaving. We enter again and Susan states “okay guys, really quickly, what do you all need”? Wow! I was so shocked. My response to her was that it seems as if we were being an inconvenience. After showing and verbalizing frustration. She tried to clean up the mess that was already made. You never know who people are, what type of work they do, how much money they have in the bank, or properties the person has. You should treat everyone the same. Susan lost a great customer with great credit, properties, career, etc. Do better DOIRON SUSAN. Lastly, the quality of these homes is horrendous. The caulking is unfinished, the cabinets are cheaply designed, electrical outlets are crooked, light fixtures are cheaply designed. You are literally just paying for the space. Racism and bad quality are horrible mixes. Do better, Cervelle. Do better, Susan.

This builder is the worst. People only buy these home because of the big garages. Shoddy workmanship and poor quality on all regards. They will presume you to close even though all items are not completed. They will cover up issue that you will never know about likes leaks. I cannot stress enough. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!!!

Yes, i live in a cervelle home in palmcrest. We moved in jan 2016, in sept 2017 hurricane harvey hit. We evacuated, but when we came back our roof in living room leaked. We were informed that the roof warranty was for 1 year only. My husband called a roofer, who concluded it was leaking @ heater pipe, and it needed a cap. $300.00. Still the roof leaked, we had someone else check, it's definitely @ the heater pipe. He pulled up a 5 x 6 ft piece of shingles that weren't nailed or even had plastic taken off. So he siliconed it down. $200.00. Still it leaked, i called yet another roofer last week,$500.00, he replaced cap on heater pipe, pulled up the siliconed shingles, and replaced them. I now have a lg garbage can full of shingles with plastic still attached. There was not one nail in them. My neighbor( not in a cervelle home). Talked to the owner of cervelle @ his garage plans, he really liked him. He saw the shingles in trash can, and said i need to show them to the owner. The shingles were just laid on top. Not attached in anyway. He said that the owner would care, maybe someone does have pride in your homes. Not sure anymore. My ceiling in my living room is falling down, but i have to stop the leak first, before trying to fix ceiling inside. So much for having a new house with no repairs for a while. Also the home we picked was a few feet short of minimum in this neighborhood, unbeknownst to me the salesman picked another plan. I never saw it. I now have a way too small laundry room, and kitchen pantry. Plus a formal dining room i never wanted, still don't. I can't believe i wasn't given the option to add a few feet to the model we wanted. Now I'm stuck in a model i never saw before. All in all it stinks. Sincerely, Billie

The build process was seamless. The sales people were friendly, helpful, and promptly answered any questions I had. The owner even showed up at my closing! This was my first home purchase as a single woman, and I was a little intimidated at first with all the upgrade choices I had to make. I didn't pay attention to the details; and in hindsight, I would've paid extra for the garage door opener and the back yard sod. (It was really hard to find someone to sod the backyard after I moved in.) I also would have added concrete to a small grass patch that causes muddy runoff to my driveway. I've had a few minor warranty issues, and their service is superior to anyone I've ever dealt with. They have shown up the same day I called and fixed the problem in a professional manner. Cervelle continues to exceed my expectations. Well done.

MY HUSBAND WAS A HOME INSPECTOR AT THE TIME AND CAUGHT A FEW THINGS DURING THE BUILDING PROCESS. THEY WERE QUICK TO LISTEN AND TAKE CARE OF ANY ISSUES.

Cervelle was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. The sales lady, Karen, was friendly and so very patient with us as we went over plans and selections. We were very impressed with the square footage we got for the price and location. They kept us very updated throughout the building process and were always willing to listen to us and help in any way. They connected us to a fantastic mortgage broker, whom we adore! The two superintendents that oversee the construction are both very knowledgeable and helpful. The closing process was drawn out but they didn't bat an eye. The owner of Cervelle attended our closing and talked with us about the whole process. He wanted our feedback and for a millionaire, he was so friendly and down-to-earth. Our house is beautiful and the quality is truly impressive. We love this house so much!

Many items on the punch list were either not done at all or done in a severely substandard manner and had to be redone several times to finally reach any level of correct repair. Additionally, repair personnel were untrained and unprofessional, and construction "supervisor" had to use our tools in order to accomplish repair. Other contracted repair personnel did not have correct tools to finish jobs and were even trying to bend torn out/rusty nails in order to reuse them. Subsequent calls to this builder resulted in no apology for this and we also encountered more (we could care less) attitude. This company does not care about homeowners once they have bought one of their homes. We have had nothing but unprofessional attitude and service from this company and frankly do not expect anything more from them at this point. Advise extreme caution before getting involved in a home buying process with this builder; buyer beware!! This company condones unprofessional behavior from the top down to all of their employees.

THEY WERE POLITE. THEIR PRICES WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ON TIME.
