Tim was great and came to review scope of work and gave pricing prior to initiation of work. We completed exterior and have ordered new I terior hardware for overall home update

Did a great job at a reasonable price. I have used him twice. Prompt service. He recommended an alternative to a door lock I was going to have drilled which saved me money! Very polite, and quick!

He answered my message within 20 minutes and we set up an appointment by phone. He was able to come that afternoon and was on-time. Wife met him and said he did a terrific job; also took very little time completing the work. We would absolutely recommend him and will use him again if needed.

Tim never showed at my house. The original appointment was set for a Friday mid afternoon. The time for that afternoon was miscommunicated. The next "scheduled appointment" he was to come out the next day and did not have the right color for my door. We both agreed on monday about 6 he would come out. Once again, he did not show nor did I receive a phone call to let me know he was not coming either. I picked this provider because of the high ratings on Angies List. I am shocked at the response and action I received. I hope everyone else that uses this provider has better luck than me!

I spoke with the gentleman from All Star Lock and Key on Monday, August 25th and explained to him that I was moving on Saturday. He said he would be there about 1 because that would be the last job for him for the week. I had asked him to come around 3 because I was moving that day, but agreed to be there at 1 and hurried to do so. About 1:30, I called and left a message and never heard back from him. Luckily, one of his competitors was more responsive. I recommend not committing to appointments you don't intend to keep or at least calling the person you made an appointment with to cancel as a common courtesy.

Came promptly to rekeyed our new home. Three doors. Was courteous and very quick!

They're great! I've even kept their card as this was the 2nd time I've used them. They were super fast -- it only took them about 10 mins to do the job.

I called Tim on Wednesday afternoon to ask for a quote. His price was very competitive, so we decided to move forward. He showed up the next morning with all materials needed and installed everything quickly and professionally.

Tim was wonderful. He answered the phone promptly, answered all of my questions, and was very patient while I was experiencing technical difficulty. I called him to have 3 door locks re-keyed in a home I just bought. He arrived within hours and was very friendly and courteous. We will be using him again when we switch out the hardware on the front door. I recommend him heartily.

Provider arrived on time and was very quick and efficient. He rekeyed two doors (three locks total), all using the same key. Very professional and I would use him again.

Tim responded immediately to replace two locks one day before new tenants moved in. He discovered a broken mechanism in one of the locks and replaced it. The only issue was his response to provide extra keys which has not occurred after several attempts to contact him.

They were great. They did the job, they did what they said they would do, and they did it when they said they would do it. The price was fine.

They were very good. I called them early afternoon, and they were able to come that same day, I was very impressed. We tested the locks and they all worked.

I was very impressed with service on the first appointment. Showed up on time with all necessary equipment and reached out ahead of appointment to ensure he brought the right materials. |I graded B because I scheduled a follow up for which he did not show and has not reached out to reschedule.

Mr. Vickers was extremely affordable, punctual, and did an excellent job, will definitely recommend his services to others.

Called and spoke to Tim on Saturday afternoon. He said he was on a job but would call me back as soon as he finished up and had a chance to return the call. He said he would not be able to help until Sunday morning but would make arrangements when he called back. I waited about 3 hours and when he still hadn't called back, I tried calling him again. This time, I got his answering machine. I left my contact info and reminded him of our earlier conversation. The machine said he would get back to me ASAP. Needless to say, he never returned either call as promised. It is now Monday evening and he still hasn't returned the calls.

I called Tim and he set up an appointment for the same day. He called me about 45 minutes before he was supposed to arrive and said that he would be late due to another job he was working on, and then gave me another time that day when he could be there. When he arrived, which was at the time we agreed on, he not only re-keyed the front and back doors, he also did the one's in the garage for us. He was very professional and quickly completed the job, providing us with 3 new keys for the locks. I will use him again when we move to have the new house re-keyed.
