 + -1 moreHave used this technician for 12 years when he was working for another firm; the firm was sold 2 years ago and he started this company himself. He and his work are impeccable. He removes his shoes before entering the house; announces to you what part of the house he is servicing; and is thorough in his work. Last year we detected a foul smell coming from the attic and called him, only to have him find and remove a rat that had gotten in, eaten some bait, and died in the attic. He left more bait and told us to call him if we detected anything else. While he was spraying the attic, he also took the time to detect where the rodents were entering the attic so we could correct the situation. He is always on time and very professional.
Description of Work: Quarterly pest control treatment of interior and exterior of house, including attic. Annual termite inspection (additional cost).
