FRESNO FENCE INC

Fresno Fence Inc. installed a fence for us in August 2014. This is a follow-up review so you can see the results after four years. This was a field fence with gate. The fence still looks very good. Everything is still very much in line and very even. A few months after the fence was installed I noticed that some of the welded joints were beginning to rust. I called Fresno Fence and they came out and recoated them and some of the hardware, There has been no problem since. I appreciated their response in addressing my concern even several months after the installation.

Too much to write here but would like to warn others.

I called for an estimate and the salesman was scheduled about a week and a half out. He was in the area early for the appointment so came early after calling first. He gave the estimate and took half the payment. We were scheduled out about a week and a half, but they called and were able to come out 4 days earlier. Two guys built the fence in about two hours. They let the posts dry for a while, then someone came later the same day and installed the gate. They were polite and cleaned up nicely afterward.

Call on the morning of 3-15 for a estimate for a fence repair from this company since it was only a few miles from my home. They scheduled an appointment that afternoon at 2:00 pm which was good. The bad they did not call me back that day or the next so I called on 3-17 at 12:30 pm and my appointment was verified by someone who said the person that I needed to talk to was at lunch and they would call me back it is now 3-21 and no phone call wasted 6 days of my time with this company.

Our experience with them was good. The price was good. They did really well in the work and they answered a lot of the questions that I had. This was the first time we used them. Their professionalism, service, and clean-up were good. They cleaned up well. They came and did a good job.

My initial contact was very pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day of calling and Guillermo was punctual. Guillermo seemed very knowledgeable about the challenges for installing the size and location of the gate. We were impressed with Guillermo and asked when he could start. He said on Saturday (this was a Wednesday).We told him we would not be available on Saturday and hoped he could start on Tuesday. he agreed. We asked him to email the proposal and provided him our email and phone number. he stated he would send the proposal the next day. When we did not hear from him by Saturday, I called his office and left a message. I called twice on Monday with no return call. Two days later Guillermo called and asked for our email address again. he sent us a proposal. I responded the next day and we agreed on a price. I asked when he would be able to start. I still have not heard from him and that was one week ago.

Fresno Fence Inc Installed approximately 800 feet of field fence and a double gate for us. I was wondering it to be completed before the end of August. However, the first opening was in early September. that they told me that they would try to work me in sooner if they could. Sure enough on this past weekend ( about four days after I had signed the contract for putting up the fence) they started the project, working this past weekend) and completed it in a day and a half. The crew was pleasant and easy to work with and understood my suggestions of where to put the fence. The job was professional with good support of the corners and the gate posts. The fence posts and fence were wonderfully in-line the whole 800 feet. They were proud of their work and I can certainly understand why.

The guys had an opening, so they came 3days ahead of schedule. They were very considerate as we received a call ahead of their arrival. They got to the house at 10:30am and were done by about 5pm that day. Very good cleanup and even took a few extra debris items with them. The fence is fabulous! All the neighbors came over to see and raved about the great work. I can't stop staring at it!

They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner Mr. Vasques was very professional during this process.

About 8 years ago, Fresno installed my wood fence and iron gate. They did a great job then, and for the next few years they were very responsive when I needed help with my electronic gate. But more recently, I have been very disappointed. I asked them to give me a bid to paint the iron fence - they came out and promised to send me a bid within a week. I never received it. When I called to ask for the bid, I was told it would be sent to me immediately. It's now been months and I never received it. Two weeks ago, the moterboard on my driveway gate went out. It was after hours, and I left a voicemail asking them to call me back to schedule a repair; they never called me back.

Very professional, curteous, friendly, and responsive. My fence had to be ordered and they did a great job keeping me in the loop with regards to the delivery date. They worked around our schedule and even came on a Saturday. They answered all my emails in a timely fashion. Nice family business! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I needed 32 feet of cedar wood fence replaced and obtained 4 bids on the job. Mr. Rodriguez was the first bid and a little bit cheaper than 2 of the other bids. He also made a commitment to do the job quicker than any of the other companies. 3 of 4 bids were all close to $700.00. One of the companies was $1,200. The main reason I did chose Fresno Fence is that I believe, when possible, in hiring local companies to help the economy in my town or county. He completed the job in 1 day. I had been advised it would take 2 days by other companies. I also referred Fresno Fence to a neighbor who also hired them for fence repair. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the entire process; fence removal, fence replacement and cleanup. The fence looks great.

Fresno Fence performed excellent work. We also appreciate that they respected our time by being punctual for appointments. They also took into consideration our concern for our dogs. They made absolutely sure that there were no and quot;escape routesand quot; that even our smallest dog could use.
