Great company to work with. Frank and his wife Erika were very pleasant from the beginning of the project all the way to the completion. They were professional, responsive and very easy to contact. I needed a 10 x 18 storage room (not a typical storage shed with smartside panels and a barn door, etc.). Since this storage will be used to store some expensive furniture and other personal belongings, moisture prevention was a big factor. I upgraded their standard 10 x 18 storage shed to the following: 1/2 OSB Exterior Sheathing on all sides. Tyvek Moisture Barrier House Wrap on all sides. 8 in. Hardie Siding on all sides. 6 ft. Steel Double Entry Doors. 78 ft. of 16 in. shelves (3 rows on one 18 ft. wall and 3 rows on one 8 ft. wall). 30 year shingles to match existing roof (3 Tab shingles not allowed in my subdivision). Frank's father actually did the work and is very good at his trade. He took his time and paid attention to details from the foundation, framing, hardie siding, door installation, trim and roof. The project was completed in a timely manner and the building looks great.
