"Hired them to level one corner of an addition which was sinking and had broken the slab foundation resulting in a crack and non level floor in that corner. They jacked up the sunken corner and supported it with footings. I was generally satisfied with the work. However, the contract specified that they were to then come in and cut out a two foot trench (one foot each side of the ~15' crack in the slab), remove the rubble, drill in rebar to the two sides and refill the trench with concrete. After jacking up the corner, the two management level guys oohed and ahhed about how good the crack looked. They suggested that cutting the trench was not necessary. So, what I got was a guy spent a few hours grinding the two sides of the crack smooth in a few places and then pushing concrete into the crack. I was OK with that. However, that's a LOT of work they had just been relieved of and I felt a price adjustment was appropriate. That was not forthcoming. They charged me the full amount even though they did not have to do a big chunk of work they had signed a contract to do. So, despite what I felt was generally good work, I came away from the experience with a bad taste of "bait and switch". Be prepared for that if you hire them."

We had numerous maintenance issues with the RV during our week rental and communication/assistance from VaKay did not resolve the issues. We also were never given a key to the RV and we’re told it’s fine to just leave it unlocked when we were gone even though all our personal belongings were in there. We have still never received our $500 deposit back and it’s been 5 months since our rental. Numerous attempts via email and text inquiring about the deposit refund all went unanswered. Please do a quick google search of this company and its owner and you’ll see they have many of the same complaints and news stories about their fraudulent activity. What a scam!"
