The technician told us the coil was leaking. Said the unit was too old and recommended a new unit. We didn't want to replace the whole unit at that time, so asked him to repair the leak. After he did the work the tenant called to say the unit was leaking water into the Master Bed closet and had completely filled it, ruining the carpet. We called Superior and the tech went back to fix the problem. He called to tell us where it was leaking and said it could not be fixed. The tenant rigged up a pan and hose that drained the water outside instead of into the closet. So the Superior Tech caused the problem, (maybe because he wanted us to realize we needed a new unit), caused a ruined carpet and could not fix the problem he caused.

We had a little misunderstanding at first about the length of the pieces for firewood, but Neil was nice enough to send some people back to cut up the wood to my satisfaction. Neil is an honest and good man to work with. He will do a good job.

I can not say enough good things about this company - Neil (owner) came to our house to view the scope of work, arrived when he said he would, surveyed the work to be done, made a couple of recommendations (which we followed) and gave an estimate. We agreed to the work and price, scheduled a time for the work to be done. Let me say, it was great to work with this company. They showed up on-time, with everything they needed to get the job done. They where very careful as well as respectful to the property, the men working had all the trees and branches down, cleaned up and hauled away on the same day, as promised. The price was the estimate. The only way you could tell they were even there was the trees where missing! That is a great thing. We (my wife and I) were so impressed and pleased - we decided to have a second smaller job done with the same great results. These guys do a great job, clean up after themselves and get the job done right the first time. Pricing id reasonable and work is grade A+. The branch that had to come down was hollow - so without being asked they foamed and painted to prevent further rot on the rest of the tree. Neil came by a couple of days later to check on the foam fill, decided it needed more in the branch and took care of it without having to be asked - let us know he would be back to check on the branch (he did) and that he considered this follow up as part of the job. So nice to see follow through and professionalism of this high caliber. Very pleased.

Neil and his crew were very prompt respectful and just generally very easy to work with. Would recommend them for any work, We felt the price was fair for the amount of work completed
