Great. Everything works fine. Prompt, courteous. Did some extra touches with no charge.

CW showed up when he said he would, looked at all the locks, told us what he needed to do, did it in a timely manner and was a very pleasant man to deal with. He did not waste his time getting everything finished up and even labeled all the keys for us. He was so nice and made sure each and every key worked on each lock they were for. Made sure the doors shut and locked as well.

When we arrived in Fredericksburg, I noticed the movers had locked a roll top desk to facilitate transport. I did not have a key (or i had misplaced it), and I needed to get into the drawers to retrieve some important papers. I called Mr. Yeats and he arrived shortly thereafter. He opened the desk top quickly and efficiently with no damage to the furniture. His charge was extremely reasonable. Mr. Yeats is prompt, professional, friendly and fair. I would recommend him highly. As a matter of fact, my son-in-law was visiting and had inadvertently locked his keys in his truck. I suggested he call Mr. Yeats which he did and his experience was identical to mine. Mr. Yeats showed up very quickly, opened the door and charged him a very reasonable fee.
