He was in charge of the renovation. He did an excellent job. He brought the sub-contractors together. I would highly recommend them. It was a process, they were doing it in the winter, it took until July. He ran into some little things and took them on. This is an old historic house. It cost more because, no one knew that the house had not been rewired. Clogs that discentergrated at the touch. No, we didn't stay in budget, I wanted him to fix the things and bring it up to code. He did a good job in keeping within the character of the house. We got our wonderful kitchen and he redid the three bathrooms. He gathers all of the best sub-contractors. We still go to them. We are loving it.

We added on a large master bathroom, closet (included a laundry room) and a guest bath. We gutted the kitchen and replaced a couple interior walls (we completely remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom.) It was a major remodel and they did a great job on every single project. 
We had to work to work with the historical reviews, and it was a process, but John was very patient and worked with us every step of the way. You can trust John completely, which was very important to me.
