pool cleaners
+ -1 morelter which was not approved or needed at the time. I know this because I do that work myself. Not only that but the pool had now turned green. I then cancelled all service and tried to settle with him for $400 - although at this time he would not return phone calls or emails. He then sends it to collections where it was settled for $500 (I am sure he had to pay half of that to the collector). So not only is he a horrible pool cleaner that practices fraudulent and deceptive behavior, he is also a horrible business man.
Description of Work: This company was hired to at $125 to clean the pool each month. When I hired him I told him to use the chemicals I had already bought, located next to the pool, to use in cleaning. I then recieved an invoice for about $250, charging for the chemicals he claimed he used. We then had the same discussion and he agreed to use the chemicals I had bought. The next month the invoice comes for about $350, where he also billed for servicing the fil
