The installation was great! However, I wanted to change the days to water, and I screwed up the schedule. I called twice to have someone to either talk me through how to change the dates or for someone to come out and show me. Both times, they just texted me instructions that did not fix the problem. Now, I have to turn on manually, and when one section is done, then start the next section. I have to do this 8 times to get both front and back yards done..

Great customer service

Installation was prompt however I received no training on programming the system. I have a few issues that I would like addressed but they will not contact me. Some of our heads are too high, there is a valve box that is almost 3 inches below grade level. They failed to secure one of the valve box covers and it was sucked up into our mower. I have sent emails and no response for over a week. You can't talk to anyone they only correspond via email.

Excellent work and clean up

This company was one of the few that offered me a bid that wasn't an obvious rip off to install a new sprinkler system, which included boring under the driveway. The team was professional, fast, informative, and very friendly. We have a big corner lot yard and they were able to get it all done in 1 day, amazing work. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to install sprinklers.

After committing to the project, didnâ t hear back from them for about a week or 10 days. They showed up on the day they committed to (even showed up early) and busted out the project very quickly! Happy with the results, just wish they left a schematic to keep with my documents for the house.

Having trouble with the WiFi receiver to run system properly. Wood's Landscape is too busy to come back and fix problems at this time. They installed the system in a timely manner and very professional.

This company was great to work with. The were very attentive to details and the guy leading the crew actually proposed and executed on an idea that made my zones much more impactful without asking me - which was perfectly fine b/c it was such a smart move. All of the guys seemed to just know what they were doing and what each of them owned. They got in and got out in < 8 hours. My neighbor, who literally just had the same job done, paid almost 2X and it took them 3 days. Shows the impact of picking the right people. If I had only one "do better" it would have been to remove some of the excess dirt after the dig. My builder already had the ground leveled and top soiled. I had to come behind and try to remove as much as possible but by that time the ground was so hard again. Other than that one thing, everything else was just amazing! INCLUDING the communication by Mr. Wood - which unfortunately is so hard to find today.
