I had a window shattered and they replaced it. They came out the same day to give me a quote and were back within a week to replace the window. The cost and quality of work was outstanding.

Paul came out to my house week prior to the install to provide a written estimate. Pricing was very competitive, and he was very courteous and professional. I accepted the quote on the spot. Windows Plus was the 3rd estimate I received. Their customer service team told me it would be 1 week from the time the quote was received. The install technician contacted me the night before and the morning of the install to provide an eta to my house. He showed up at 8:45am for a 9am appointment and was very professional and quick with the install of the new window. I would use them or recommend them again. Great service !

Outstanding service. He was quick and professional. Other were quoting me much higher amounts involving completely replacing my entire window (by ripping it out the wall) to do the repair I needed. Windows Plus saw it was a simple crack in one of the panes and was able to treat that one pane. I would definitely call these guys again.
