They did an excellent job! They were on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently. It is a bonded and seemingly well organized operation that I would highly recommend! They were very conscientious to ensure that the alarm system was working correctly after they had opened all my windows to clean them. I was very impressed by the quality of work completed.

I scheduled an estimate to have 30+ windows in our home cleaned. Chuck arrived on time and provided background information, liability insurance, mission statement, Window Care Progrm, etc., prior to preparing the estimate. We agreed and set a date to have the windows cleaned. They guys arrived on time, looked at the windows, told me what and how they were going to proceed and got to work. They had to take more time on these windows since it's a new home and I had used temporary paper blinds which left an adhesive residue on each window. They did an awesome job and the windows were shining when they left! Will definitely use them again.

Window Genie washed our entire lake dock and boat house. our large 2 story home, cleaned all windows, power washed our pergola's, car port and oversized garage. They were very through and cleaned as they went. Compared to other house cleaning services, there price was comparable but we continue using Window Genie as we have since they began their company.

If I'd tried to do it myself I'd probably still be working on it in March and that's if I didn't fall off a ladder and end up in the hospital. These guys did the whole 2-story house in about 3 hours. I'm absolutely amazed.

They were prompt and professional plus did a great job on my windows. Also did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves.

This company is simply amazing. They arrived right on time and worked very hard to complete the job. My windows were dirty, but I didn't realize just how dirty until they were cleaned! Later in the evening once the sun had changed positions I noticed there were a couple windows with streaks on them. True to their word they came right back out and re-washed those windows free of charge. Every person I encountered was extremely polite and professional. In today's society good customer service is very hard to come by. Window Genie hit the nail on the head in every area possible. I will definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to my family and friends. Thank you!

The 2 guys from window genie were right on time and after walking around the house to get an idea of the layout, they went right to work. One guy did all of the exterior, while the other did all of the interior. They were friendly while also being professional and courteous. They pointed out a cracked brick on the sill of one of the upper story windows that we were unaware of, explaining that water was able to get in and over time would cause a problem. They also recommended how it could easily be remedied. We were missing a screen on one of our windows so I asked if they knew of anyone who makes screens. They told me to call the owner, Chuck Street, for a number of someone he knew. When I called, Chuck told me that they actually do screens themselves. So, we made arrangements for John to come back out to check screens and take a sample of one the same size as the missing one. The prices quoted were very reasonable. This was my first time to use a window cleaning service. I asked to be put on their 2 times a year program, so will be getting an email in about 5 1/2 months to schedule our next cleaning. I will definately recommend Window Genie of Forth Worth to my friends and family!

I've had them cleaned twice before in the last few years, and this is by far the best job. Both Chuck and John were very punctual and professional, and the price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

They were absolutely wonderful. They did the best job that I’ve ever had done on my windows; people actually noticed the windows were clean. They were very responsive. I called him on a Wednesday when I was sick; I was having a party on that Friday. He told me he would check his schedule and get right back to me. He did call me right back. They came out and did the work. The guy who showed up, showed up on time and he looked very professional. He talked to me about other additional services that I didn’t know they offered, that I will use them to have done in the future. I am a real estate agent and I recommend them to my clients.

45 min late in arriving. Got a price average for work done. Threw cigarette butt on drive way which I found often he left.
