The service is atrocious. I was informed by the city that I could discontinue service with Waste Management but I would still have to pay the fee every month. Waste Management has no regards to your trash cans and we are on our second container. They make a mess and don't even consider helping with the clean up. I spent an entire hour picking up styrofoam peanuts out of my yard after they busted my neighbors trash can. The price is ridiculous for two recyclable bins. They will not respond to your call if you leave a complaint. They just offer poor service and are in no way professional.

THEY ARE USUALLY TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. ALSO ORDERLY AND FRIENDLY. COST IS PER MONTH.
Description of Work: COMPANY PICKS UP MY TRASH TWICE A WEEK.
