+ -1 moreI got his name from a man off of Angie's List that was too busy for such a small job. Mr. Franks came with pictures of his work, gave me his bid, explained everything involved and then did the work.
Description of Work: Mr. Franks built a beautiful stone base for a fence and also built a small patio. He helped me pick out the stone and mortar and made good suggestions about how to accomplish my goals.
