VALUE PEST CONTROL

Told him I wanted to cancel and he said I signed for a year, when the door salesman came by initially he stated no contracts cancel anytime. I just had to sing to get the great rate. When I called him out on that he lied he said the only liar was me and that's what credit agencies are for!!!!! WOW DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is awful!!!!

I was told by the owner that their company sprays the entire yard instead of the perimeter like other companies (I do not have a big yard). The tech only did the perimeter. I was also forced in to a contract, when I just wanted the problem I had at the time taken care of. When I first made the call, the owner seemed rushed and had to call me back. I didn't feel that my business was really worth it to him in the end. He spent too much time telling me why they were better, but delivered exactly what he said the competition would do. I'm in the contract for the moment, but won't be renewing.

They do a good job at coming out to spray. They maintain the perimeter well and do a good job. I have been using these guys for a couple years. They call the night before and let you know when they will be around the next day.

The owner and operator of this company arranged for one of the most dependable pest control companies I have ever used. They are there when they say they will be. They are friendly, open, honest and do excellent work. They don't give up until all bugs are gone. They explain what they do, and I think they are the most reasonably priced companies i've used in Ft Worth
