This guy will perform a terrible jo, take all your money, and ignore you afterwards. Leonardo Valenzuela is a crook.

This contractor does not have a clue what he is doing. Leo charged me over $12K for an 800 sq ft deck and didn't do a single thing right before ghosting me. In fact, it's gonna cost me another $20K+ to have someone come in, demo everything he did, and repour a new concrete deck. I have stain all over the brick of my house he refused to address; water ponding in several spots where the deck has low spots; when it rains, the water runs towards my house and towards the pool when it should run away from both; his contract states a 3/4" expansion joint around existing structures but he just poured concrete right up next to the pool coping, the spa, the patio, and the home's foundation; he installed several drains on the patio, but none of the water falls towards the drains and he even buried one completely in concrete. He tried to find the one that he buried in concrete by still holes in the deck, but couldn't find it and just left it as is with all the new holes he drilled without regard.
