 + -1 moreTHE CREW CAME OUT ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS FROM THE SIDEWALKS AND BROUGHT A LARGE TRUCK TO HAUL OFF ALL THE DEBRIS.
Description of Work: I HAD TREES INC. COME OUT AND TRIM THE TREES IN THE FRONT AND BACKYARD AT MY HOUSE.

 + -1 moreMATTHEW CLEMONS, THE 'CERTIFIED ARBORIST' FOR TREES, IS THE FIRST CONTACT. HE IS INTELLIGENT, OBVIOUSLY-SKILLED IN HIS AREA, AND SOMEONE I TRUST IMPLICITLY. HE WAS ABLE TO IDENTIFY EVERY SINGLE PLANT, BUSH, AND TREE IN MY YARD AND TELL ME WHY THEY WERE GOOD OR BAD FOR THE YARD. HE DETERMINED THAT MY MAGNOLIA TREE COULD BE SAVED AND BARGAINED FOR A TYPE OF 'INOCULATION' FOR THE TREE. WITHOUT NEEDING ME AT HOME, HIS COMPANY CAME INTO MY YARD AND REMOVED THE TREE THAT GREW THROUGH THE DECK IN MY BACK YARD. THEY DID IT SO WELL THAT I COULDN'T SEE A SINGLE PIECE OF SAWDUST AND THEY CUT IT OFF BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE DECK WITHOUT HAVING TO REMOVE OR DAMAGE BOARDS ON THE DECK! I WAS DULY IMPRESSED AND HAVE USED THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE TWO YEARS IN A ROW.
Description of Work: THEY WERE ASKED TO COME TO MY RESIDENCE, INSPECT MY LANDSCAPING AND, IN PARTICULAR, MY SAGGING CREPE MYRTLES AND ANOTHER DAMAGED TREE TO SEE WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO SAVE THE TREES AND MAKE THE YARD LOOK BETTER. THEY WERE ASKED TO REMOVE THE DAMAGED TREE IN MY BACKYARD DOWN TO THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND AND KILL THE ROOTS IF NECESSARY.
