+ -1 moreHave tried to contact Kenya by phone. Recording says not accepting calls. All so odd because I thought I could read people better than I did her; she said all the right things and appeared to be a good Christian. As stated before...so very disappointed.
Description of Work: Had Kenya for about five months for weekly cleaning; Left and never returned owing me $250. No binding contract; just a written note hanging on the fridge; was to pay me when she got her income tax return. I trusted her. But, others need to be aware. She also had my key so I had to pay to have lock changed out. No words can describe my disappointment. (Got her off Angie's list prior to her being blocked on Angie's list)

+ -1 moreI have been using this cleaning service going on a couple of months now and I like to keep my reviews up to date. After all that is why Angie's List is very reputable and a great place to find a GREAT small business such as Top Of The Line Cleaning Services. Kenya is still doing a great job on my home. I absolutely love this woman; she can work miracles!!! I am very time consumed by my job so I do not have the time nor the desire to clean my monster of a house. I'm very grateful to have found such a trustworthy and hardworking cleaning company as I have been burned in the past. I am still highly recommending this service for whomever is looking for a great maid/housekeeping service.
Description of Work: Full housecleaning, upstairs 4 rooms 2 bath and a family room. Downstairs, 1 master bed and bath, formal dining and living area kitchen and a half bath.

+ -1 moreMy first time experience with this cleaning company was nothing short of FANTASTIC. Kenya did a wonderful job she may be a one woman crew but she gets the job done and in a timley effecient manner may I add. I have a huge home and she paid attention to every detail of it which i appreciated. I had not had my home serviced in quite some time so for the amount she charged me I was pleased and felt is was resonable. I have continued to use her services on a regular basis, Kenya has been cleaning my home over over two months now and I just can't see myself using anyone else.
Description of Work: Ceiling fans all furniture dusted and wiped down vaccumed mopped hard wood floors done kitchen and all applainces cleaned inside of microwave inside of oven master bed and bath media and family room bathrooms toliets sinks baseboards and all the other little nooks and crannies

+ -1 moreMy experience with Top of the Line Cleaning was just fantastic. Kenya, the woman who cleaned my home was promt ,professional, courteous, and very detailed with my cleaning. There was nothing that this young woman did not do. I contacted her on very short notice. She was able to give me an estimate and clean me that same day. I will definitely refer her to my family , friends, or anyone looking for a great cleaning service.
Description of Work: I Have a very large home over 3,000 sq ft. I needed a very detailed cleaning. I had everything cleaned from the celling fans to the base boards, nothing was left unturned. Every bedroom ,family room, dinning room, living area, kitchen, bathrooms, media room, and laundry room was cleaned.
